Created with AI, based on recent reviews
Invideo is an agentic AI video creation platform. Tell it what you want to make, a film, a brand campaign, a microdrama series, a performance ad, and its agents take it from script to final cut, routing across 200+ AI models to write, storyboard, generate, and edit every shot. From solo creatives to creative enterprises. Every video starts the same way: an idea in your head and a hundred tedious steps between you and the finished cut. Under the hood, invideo's agents route your work across 200+ AI image, video, audio and music models, like Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana, GPT Image, ElevenLabs and more, choosing the right model and writing the right prompt for every single shot. And the agents remember. They hold your characters, follow your brand guidelines, your story in context, so you never repeat yourself. Want to try a new costume, location, or lead actor? Change it across every shot in one instruction instead of regenerating dozens of clips. When you want your hands on the work, it's all there: previz, VFX, hybrid filmmaking, a full timeline editor, multiplayer collaboration, and custom agents you can cast into roles like cinematographer or sound designer. Create films where you direct and the agents sweat the details. Ads that stay on brand in every format from one brief. Microdrama series that scale without losing the plot. One idea, spun into dozens of cuts for every channel.

Their site is logically presented, with clear processes and you don't need to have an IT background or experience to be able to use it, but the videos that are produced are professional and marketable

Had an issue with a Video, got immediate solution

Reply from invideo
I signed up for a monthly subscription to InVideo AI specifically because their website advertises “dynamic captions” as a feature.
However, after subscribing, I discovered that these captions are not actually editable. If the AI makes a spelling mistake or generates incorrect text, there is no way to fix it. This makes the feature practically unusable for any professional content.
When I contacted support, they refused to issue a refund, despite the feature not working as reasonably expected based on their own marketing.
This feels misleading. Advertising a feature that cannot be properly used or edited is not acceptable, especially when customers are paying for it.
I would not recommend this service if you need reliable or professional captioning.

The software is easy to use and has a lot of options for editing. You can create custom video or use a more basic option using stock media over your own caption. The learning curve is short and chat options are available for questions. They're very responsive. I'd recommend you give this software a try.

quick solution to my problem with a VAT invoice

It's just the long waiting time to chat with an assistant. Furthermore always a problem with matching images to video. Images not consistent throughout video. Invideo has a habit of repeating images which is a switch off for video viewers, this affects overall video qualaity.

I have been a MAX subscriber for two years, paying $576, with the expectation that I would have the resources to create high-quality, long-form content. I hadn’t used the account in several months, yet when I recently tried to create a single 5-minute music video, I was prompted to purchase additional credits.
I was informed by support that my existing credits do not roll over from month to month—a policy that, for this price point, feels incredibly predatory to creators.
I want to be clear: the customer support team I spoke with was very professional, helpful, and kind. They are clearly doing their best within the constraints of the company’s policies. However, the business model itself is not designed for serious creators. Paying such a high annual fee only to lose your allocated credits every single month—and then being blocked from finishing a project because of it—is simply not sustainable or fair.
I will not be renewing my subscription. If you are a creator who needs to work on projects at your own pace, be aware that you are paying for ‘use-it-or-lose-it’ access, not the creative freedom that a ‘MAX’ subscription should represent."

Video AI by InVideo is not just disappointing. It is misleading.
The biggest issue is that the GPT presents itself like a capable creative tool that can translate a detailed concept into a polished video, but the actual software does not have the ability to deliver on what the GPT is selling. The prompt-writing experience and the generation results are completely disconnected.
The GPT confidently walks you through detailed creative decisions like style, pacing, camera movement, subject consistency, environment, and tone, which creates the impression that the system can actually handle those instructions. It cannot. What it is really doing is encouraging users to pay for outputs that are beyond the software’s actual capabilities.
That is the core problem: the GPT is effectively a sales layer for a product that cannot do what it implies it can do.
In my case, I gave it a specific concept and got back a polished-sounding prompt that suggested the software could create a controlled, cinematic result. After paying, the actual output was garbage. It did not match the subject, it did not match the visual intent, and it did not match the level of control the GPT pretended was possible.
This is not a minor quality issue. This is a product design problem. The GPT is setting false expectations. It generates prompts that sound precise and production-ready, even when those prompts are clearly outside the capabilities of the generator. Instead of warning the user about limitations, it pushes forward with confidence and lets the user spend money on something the software was never realistically going to produce.
What makes it worse is that the whole experience encourages trust at exactly the wrong moment. The GPT sounds helpful and authoritative, but that confidence is undeserved. If the software cannot maintain character consistency, follow detailed visual direction, or produce coherent action sequences from specific prompts, then the GPT should say so clearly instead of pretending otherwise.
Video AI by InVideo does not just underdeliver. It misrepresents what is achievable, and users end up paying for that gap between marketing and reality.
Main problems:
The GPT gives a false sense of what the software can do.
The prompt-writing experience does not correlate with the actual generation quality.
The system accepts highly specific requests it is not capable of fulfilling.
The GPT generates prompts outside the practical limits of the software.
Users are encouraged to pay before the product has proven it can execute the concept.
The result is not just bad output, but a misleading customer experience.
Overall, Video AI by InVideo feels like a polished interface wrapped around a generator that cannot meet the expectations the GPT creates. The issue is not just that the video came out bad. The issue is that the product led me to believe it could do something it clearly cannot do.

I've been using Invideo AI, as it has evolved over the last few years. I wasn't initially creating much, as I was building my foundation. Now that I have a voice, they are helping me use it. I love that they continue improving. I hope to one day use all their advanced features, since even just the entry tier is getting me going! Love it. They've helped me with all issues and provided live tech support when needed. I recommend this service as a great jump off to creating great AI content.

I had a very positive experience with the InVideo AI support team. I contacted them because of a technical issue on the platform, and they responded quickly and handled the situation in a professional and polite way. They took the problem seriously and escalated it to their engineering team for investigation.
In my experience, it is not very common to find technical support that combines quick response, professionalism, and kindness. I have contacted many service providers over the years (internet providers, mobile operators, cable services, etc.), and only a small number of them offer this level of support.
English is not my native language, but the support team was patient and understanding, which I really appreciated.
Overall, a very good experience with their technical support.
