Easy to book the EPC assessment. Assessor came on time and was friendly and efficient. Received EPC early next day.

Mahmood was extremely polite and helpful when I contacted him for an EPC for selling purposes. He was also very accommodating when I rang the next day to change the time and add a rental property.
On the visit he was courteous, efficient and respectful of both properties. The draft report and invoice was received the next day.
Payment made - I received both EPC's immediately ready to download.

Mahmood came out to us at very short notice (the same day) and processed the certificate so we had it first thing the next day. He was very polite and extremely courteous when he performed the inspection. I will definitely call on him again next time I need an EPC

I provided the addresses of properties and the surveyor turned up on time as agreed to carry out EPC's.
No hassle, no issues - he dealt directly with tenants to get access to properties.
Emailed me invoice as requested after the jobs. All at very competitive price. Highly recommended.

Excellent efficient service received. Mahmood was professional & friendly. Mahmood was happy to answer questions and provide explanations whilst doing the EPC assessment.
The appointment was able to be booked for the next business day and Mahmood rang prior to the appointment to confirm his arrival time.
Mahmood was also respectful of our home i.e. taking care when needing to place ladders by protecting surfaces etc. It is the small detail that always leaves the biggest impression.
A draft report was provided same day, and following our review, the final report issued too.

What can I say, I called Monday, EPC Manchester came Wednesday and on Friday I had my report, and just to clarify that was all in the same week, excellent. Professional service thank you
