Needed an EPC cert for new letting. Found this service /company online,booked easily. An sms was received approx an hour before his arrival providing an ETA, which was helpful. Munir arrived promptly, professional and friendly. He completed the EPC assessment, and I received the EPC Report approx 3.5 hrs after the appointment which was greatly appreciated. Well organised, specialist service and excellent customer experience. Thank you.
