I am very satisfied with and impressed by outstanding services of the company. I am completely new to the process of seed development especially in a hydroponic system and hence I have had a lot questions. To my surprise and pleasure, my email to the support of company has always been quickly and clearly replied by a very kind person named Rornelia, even on weekends. I fully agree that their services are exceptional.

It’s taking a bit longer for mine than others. But after adding the fertilizer stuff in the two bottles it grew a bit more. Definitely need to ck the roots daily as those grow like weeds and need to be trimmed to prevent pump issues that I have NOT experienced to date.

Fast shipping, product was packaged well, and I’m really happy with the results so far! Growing butter crunch lettuce and mizuna to start, this was my 6th unit so I’m happy to have a bigger model to grow enough greens so that we don’t have to buy them. Also the clear tank is so cool! 😎

I love my mini garden. I'm a year round outside gardener, but miss certain veggies in the winter. I planted basil and tomatoes in my Ahopegarden, and to my surprise in less than 3 months I've harvested and dried my basil (still more growing), and have tiny tomatoes growing.

I'm starting to really love my new Ahopegarden. I bought one for my daughter and one for me. I planted mine after Christmas so I haven't had it that long but my plants seem happy. So far so good. I like the design of the garden and it seems to be doing alright so far.

I initially purchased a 60 pod unit from Ahopegarden and had great success with various lettuce and herb varieties, so I purchased two additional 10 pod units to increase capacity. I have also purchashed their accessory kits with additional sponges, plant food, etc.

The systems were very easy to set up, use and maintain. I initally purchased some pH up and pH down to keep the system in a certain range, but have since learned to control the pH using the EC and water levels. Once you learn the relationship between pH and EC levels, you can maintain the system for the specific conditions most suitable for what you are growing.

Fiona from Ahopegarden has always provided me with quick helpful Customer Service and I woud rate my whole experience with the company as a definite 5 stars !!

I am now transitioning away from planting in dirt and will purchase additional systems from Ahopegarden.

I have several AHopeGarden hydroponic systems. None of them disappoint. They're simple cost effective ways that I grow much of my own produce indoors.

Every purchase I have made with this company has been a fantastic experience. Timely shipping, you receive exactly what is advertised and if needed, customer service is professional, reliable and helpful. The products have always been very good quality.

No delays in delivery. Great product. I had been having trouble getting some mild habanero seeds to germinate and they are growing big in this planter.

Ronelia from customer service gave exceptional service. She responded quickly to my request. I had ordered replacement baskets for my Hope Garden machine which I had bought in January. When I received the baskets, they did not fit snugly like the ones that came with the machine. Apparently the new baskets confirm to the newer machines. Ronelia was able to figure out the problem after sending her some photos and was able to send me another package that had baskets that fit perfectly. Thanks again, Ronelia, for your excellent customer service and prompt response.

This business will not let me register for the warranty on this product because I received it as a gift and I don't have an order number. Very poor customer service, so if you were planning on buying this as a gift for someone don't do it, unless you provide the order number to the recipient.

I love my new hope garden planter! I wanted to plant fresh herbs for cooking and found the directions to be very easy to follow. It's been exciting watching the plants go from seeds to small plants, bursting through the planter pods. I absolutely love it and can't wait to try flowers next. Wonderful product. In fact, I bought my daughter-in-law one and I know she will love it as much as I do! Also, I think this would be a great project for children to understand the different stages of plant growth!

Plants grow well! I can harvest from my mustard greens for several weeks if I trim the outer leaves and let the crown continue growing. Customer service is great- quick to respond and very knowledgeable!

Nice simple garden. Lacks bells and whistles of the brand competitor but effective. I just and not sure when to add nutrient , so it goes on when I add water
