Pump won’t work still under warranty and have not received new pump

I'm having so much fun with this garden.
I get great prices and very fast delivery.

Shipping was canceled with no communication from the company. I was unable to register for warranty right away because my order could not be found by hope garden. Finally when the product did arrive, the top water tray had 2 cracks and leaked water onto the lower lights. I have applied for warranty coverage, still pending.

Fabulous experience watching healthy herbs grow! This really works so well. This is my second year growing herbs. Excellent support also. I made mistakes and received excellent assistance. Thanks for such a great product!

I recently purchased the 12-seed pod smart garden. I have had several different hydroponic gardens and so far this one is the clear winner! Easy to use, quiet pump, easy to clean & maintain. I love the two settings for vegetables or fruiting plants. I cannot believe how quickly plants are growing! I started with the smaller version but am seriously considering upgrading to the 60 seed vertical garden in the near future. Highly recommend if you want to grow plants indoors year round!

Enjoying my new Ahope garden. It is easy to set up and my first batch f lettuce all germinated and are producing quite nicely. Hoping to branch out with next batch of seedlings

Some of my seeds planted in my hydroponic garden a few weeks ago have now germinated. I might have to try again with other pods but that’s gardening.

I have 4 of 12 pods garden. It has only been a month so I can’t say about product longevity, but so far all of them are working great and customer service has been good. Hope they stay that way. I’m happy with my purchase.

Love growing our own salads. It's easy to do with the detailed instructions.

Stickers that go o top of pod came bent. They are unusable or if I did use them the plant stuck to them as it grew. Everything else came up damaged and works well. It is a fun way to grow plants.
