No book was delivered. They had no photo or signature, but refused any refund. They insisted that my aunt provided a sworn statement that it had not been received. The book only cost 16 euros. This is the worst service I have ever come across. Do not deal with these people.

Everything worked well and I got the book I ordered. I read the reviews here and got worried. We had a little hiccup on the postage as I put the wrong address into Abebooks and despite advising them of the mistake and correcting it, the book was sent out once. However, Aha Buch emailed me quickly when the book was returned and they re-sent out the package a second time at their own cost and it arrived very quickly. The book is new, clean and I am happy with it.

I ordered five English pocket books via AbeBooks.com on 30 Nov 2024, where they have a 5 star rating (!). Shipping time from Germany to Belgium was approx 6 days which suited my timeframe. Order confirmation mentioned a different shipping time of up to 40 days. This seems odd as the location of the bookshop is 3 hours drive from my address. The reason I was given was that the books came from their warehouse 'abroad'. Possible drop shipping? AHA Buch always replied to my enquires about delivery, but the answers were vague so in the end I gave up. The books finally did arrive on 15th of January 2025, after 1.5 months! It was a huge inconvenience as they were intended as holiday reads. Since my complaint they have adjusted the delivery timeframe on their Abebooks listing, so at least potential buyers are now better informed. Very strange that I was not prompted to review my order by Abebooks. Better to rely on Trustpilot instead. Books themselves were fine and as described so rating is mostly due to misleading delivery information.

I ordered a book and was provided with a tracking number that didn't work. The book was sent as a letter with no option for tracking, even though I was charged €9.95 for shipping. After a few weeks, I contacted them to inform them that I wasn't able to track the order. They ignored my concern and assured me that it simply took longer to ship to my country. When the book still hadn’t arrived by the last predicted delivery date, I contacted them again, only to be told that they were unable to track the order because more than two months had passed.

The worst ever experience I had! While the order said it was available, when I contacted the company to get the tracking code it turned out that I would have to wait too long to receive my order (if I would ever receive it).
