We're sorry that you're not satisfied about our service. However, when you opened the assistance ticket the shipment was still in time and we promptly replied within a couple of hours and then once a day to keep you updated about the situation. Indeed you paid the 9th of January and the item was shipped less than 48h after (as specified in the section "Free shipping"). The delivery atime is approx. 7-10 business days and you wrote us the 7th business day. In order to avoid further delay, even if it didn't depend on us but only on the Carrier Company, we shipped a new machine that was delivered within 3 days, thus ensuring the service and the delivery.
