In English I am afraid!! Great bit of kit and exactly as I hoped for. Good instructions for the assembly. I had trouble starting for the first time, maybe flooded the engine? But working well now…

28 août 2025 : Réception de la machine, qui ne démarre pas malgré de nombreuses tentatives (nettoyage de la bougie, utilisation du starter, etc.).
➡️ Ouverture immédiate d’un ticket SAV, avec relances les 22, 27 et 28 août.
Première réponse d’Agrieuro : on me demande d’effectuer des vérifications… que j’avais déjà réalisées et mentionnées dans mon premier message.
➡️ Je reformule ma demande le même jour. Nouvelles relances les 2, 3, 4 septembre.
Le 8 septembre, Agrieuro me demande de déposer la machine chez un prestataire et de leur indiquer lequel pour qu’ils puissent le prévenir.
➡️ Je confirme que je déposerai la machine le lendemain.
Évidemment, le prestataire n’était pas informé. Il m’indique qu’il peut bien effectuer les réparations… mais pas dans le cadre de la garantie.
13 septembre : je demande à Agrieuro le processus de prise en charge en garantie pour éviter de payer la réparation moi-même.
➡️ Sans réponse d’eux, je fais quand même réparer la machine (je ne peux pas attendre davantage).
18 septembre : je contacte Agrieuro pour demander le remboursement de la réparation.
➡️ Relances les 19, 22, 23 et 24 septembre : aucune réponse.

Le prestataire a bien réparé la machine, mais Agrieuro ne répond plus, et je n’ai aucun espoir d’être remboursé et je croise les doigts pour que les autres machines achetées sur le site ne tombent pas en panne.

❌ Very bad experience with Agrieuro – Non-existent after-sales service
August 28, 2025: Received the machine, which does not start despite numerous attempts (spark plug cleaning, using the choke, etc.).
➡️ Immediately opened a support ticket, followed by reminders on August 22, 27, and 28.
First response from Agrieuro: they asked me to perform checks… that I had already done and mentioned in my initial message.
➡️ I restated my request the same day. Further reminders on September 2, 3, and 4.
On September 8, Agrieuro asked me to drop off the machine at a service provider and to inform them so they could notify the provider.
➡️ I confirmed I would drop off the machine the next day.
Of course, the service provider was not informed. They told me they could perform the repairs… but not under warranty.
September 13: I asked Agrieuro for the warranty claim procedure to avoid paying for the repair myself.
➡️ Without any response from them, I had the machine repaired anyway (I could no longer wait).
September 18: I contacted Agrieuro to request reimbursement for the repair.
➡️ Follow-ups on September 19, 22, 23, and 24: no response at all.
✅ Summary
The service provider repaired the machine, but Agrieuro no longer responds, and I have no hope of being reimbursed. I’m just hoping the other machines I purchased from the site don’t break down.
✔️ Fast delivery
❌ Product arrived non-functional
❌ Packaging arrived in poor condition
❌ Catastrophic customer service: no response by phone or tickets despite multiple attempts and follow-ups, with a total lack of case management.
Saying I’m dissatisfied would be an understatement.
Avoid at all costs if you expect a responsive or even minimally reliable customer service in case of problems.

This platform is really not serious. Their delivery was late, and the product was not relevant anymore, so we refused the delivery, and they charged us for refusing the delivery even if it says 30 days free return policy.
Don't buy here unless you really know that's what you want.

I recently purchased a motor pump from this company — but they never delivered the product. When I called to ask where it was, they told me they had no way to contact the delivery person.
Later, they returned the product to their shop without informing me and had the nerve to ask me to pay a €100 return fee!
And the worst part? They admitted they did have the delivery person’s contact after all!
This is truly unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs.

The delivery team came in my house 2 times.
20/03/25 and 25/03/25. I missed them.
On the 25/03/25 I called your customer center to get the number of the delivery, and your team told me they don't have the number of the delivery firm. How that is possible !!! I didn't have a third delivery attempt as you can see in the delivery tracking data. But you still get the my product to be returned.
This is what I was saying above, you don't try to solve the customer inquiries. You are already in a blame game, rather than asking - why AgriEuro didn't provide the Delivery number, try to reach the delivery team to sort out this issue, and help the customer satisfaction. To recall this was a pump worth 1000 euro. if this is the after sales service you got for this... really I can't imagine for your other sales...

Found the ride on mower and accessories we wanted at a good price. Service from ordering to delivery was excellent. The response from the helpline when used for some questions was good too. Haven't used the mower yet but everything looks good.

The machine was fine with no postage but when it comes to spares, even screws etc, beware, they must make a small fortune at 16 euros a shot. No account taken of the weight etc etc. I have paid 32 euros to date and 16 of that for 20 screws - unbelievable.

We placed an order with Agrieuro on the 28th June 2024 and after over a month they had failed to deliver the item. The excuse was that it had been lost in transit and that they were trying to find it. We were told that if it had not been found that they would send a replacement. Since they made this promise we have tried to telephone several times over the last two weeks and we cannot get past the recorded message. It tells you to press an internal number and nobody answers, I assume they have blocked our phone number and despite serval emails on almost a daily basis they will not answer our emails.
We have repeatedly asked for a replacement without success and we have asked for a refund again without response.
This morning, 30.07.2024 we, in desperation, we tried telephoning and were shocked that we actually got someone to answer the phone. We went through the whole rigmarole and finally they have said we will be reimbursed. We shall see.
We will certainly never order anything else from this company and we will make sure that we will discredit them whenever we can.
