I take great pleasure in writing this review based on my positive but, unfortunately, abnormal lived experience of speaking with customer service professionals about a product you have paid for. The level of support I received was, firstly, the information and the friendliness, but the most important thing was that I wasn't rushed at all. In fact, the person I spoke to went to great lengths to outline how their customer-centred business model operates: when people need to call, it is a time of great stress for them and for their pet. I couldn't ask for a better service provider in that eventuality. I highly recommend.

This is my second policy with Agria, setting up online is very easy to do and all the info is on the website so you can make the best choice re the cover you want. I wanted to amend the policy for my other dog and that was also super easy, very helpful staff.
