Appalling customer service
The rusks were stale, soft and tasteless, no flavour of anise whatsoever. They refused to refund this poor quality product. Appalling customer service. Avoid !

We are sorry that the anise rusks were not of your liking. The product is a dry rusk with light anise aroma, it has traditionally produced like this. We gladly accept returns on unopened packs, and we can offer a refund when we receive it back, based on our policy and as thoroughly explained over emails. Please read our return/refunds policy, no we don't offer refund on opened and half eaten packages.

I like Greek food anyway so it's good to find somewhere get Greek products to have a change of diet. After many holidays in Greece and then living in Cyprus for 20 years I know what what my tastes are
