Produce arrived completely defrosted…
Produce arrived completely defrosted and cannot be used for the intended event for which they were purchased. Very disappointed with the level of customer service when this was reported. Minimal refund given. Will not use this company again as most of the order has gone to waste.

Delivery didn't arrive
Delivery didn't arrive. No communication until I chased where it was and they found out the courier hadn't scanned the parcel.
Yes the courier fault but communication should have been 10x better from thee retailer.

HI Chris, we cannot apologise enough about this delivery issue. The communication issued automatically from DPD via our system is automated and happens in every stage during transit -assuming that the parcels has been scanned by DPD. The lack of communication was because there was no series of automated updates and we only found out the day we contacted you. Again apologies for any inconvenience caused.
