Completely wasted my time and money getting laboratory work completed for a medication they are unable to provide based on where I live. They even had me pay for a 3 month supply of the medication, only to they find out they can't offer the medication in Louisiana. They are very disorganized and I get 3-4 text and emails each day asking for information that I have already entered on the website.

Easy phone call with provider. Made me feel comfortable.
Great communications. Good questions asked. Came up with a good treatment plan in less than 10 minutes.
I would have given a 0 star if possible. I followed the text prompts an got my bloodwork and as soon as it was submitted, I was informed to set up a video meeting with the doctor and to pick a date. There are no dates available. After a week of talking with a receptionist who says "I see you missed the meeting" of which I never could set a meeting. Now after not getting any consultation, the receptionist states, "I cannot issue a refund because it's too late". That's not my fault. You can never meet a doctor. This is a scam.

I had a very great experience. This is a very professional setting and all my questions were answered.
She was amazing. She explained everything very clearly and listened to any concerns I had.
We had an audio issue but she powered through with an effective session.
Nurse practitioner was very attentive and informative. I appreciate her listening to all my concerns.
She asked questions, let me ask questions and explained andwers thoroughly

My experience with Agile Telehealth has been consistently disappointing from the very start. My first order arrived with the wrong medication, and it took multiple calls with three different providers — each giving me conflicting instructions — before Dr. Grant finally identified that the medication had been sent in the wrong quantity. He personally instructed me to follow up directly with him going forward, but when I called back to schedule with him, I was told this wasn't possible and that I'd have to see whoever was available instead, meaning I'd have to re-explain my entire medical history all over again.
On top of that, the medication I was prescribed had no effect at all, so I was left paying significant costs with zero results.
The scheduling has also been a nightmare. On one occasion, I received a confirmation for a 2:30 PM appointment, showed up, and no one was there. After waiting, I got a new notification saying it was actually at 3:00 PM — I waited again, and still no provider joined.
Communication across the platform is inconsistent, follow-up commitments (like a promised 24-hour callback) were not honored, and I never felt confident that my care was being handled with any continuity or attention to detail. I ultimately had to cancel my care altogether.
I wanted this to work, especially given the cost of the medication involved, but I can't recommend this service based on my experience.
