I have purchased from A Fine Pair of Shoes multiple times. Each time the products are of a high quality and are delivered quickly.

I have ordered from A Fine Pair of Shoes on half a dozen occasions now, they have an excellent choice of quality footwear at great prices. Ordering is straightforward, easy and quick and delivery is prompt. I highly recommend.

Planned to purchase shoes during a promotional sale period and missed the time frame. Made an inquiry regarding getting the shoes at the 30% off sale price, knowing that the sale period had passed. Provision was made by the company to get me the shoes at a price that was less than the previous 30% savings so that I was able to get the shoes at a price savings that was greater than expected or anticipated.

First class shoes. Great prices. High levels of excellent service. A very well run business who puts their customers first.

Followed their instructions and ordered a size larger. It was too large. One of few online vendors that doesn’t offer free shipping on returns. Cost me an additional $50 look

The shoes I ordered where absolutely beautiful however because my husband's feet are wide I had to return them. The reason why I went for them is my brother has two pairs of shoes. I must say the customer service team were helpful and professional. Definitely recommend them.

Buy some shoes in this company and inform them that they had to send them to Spain. They sent me the price of the shoes and two shipping ways. I took and paid for the fastest shipping option (3-4 days) with an extra cost of 5 pounds. It took 9 days for the shoes to get to my house. I demanded the return of the five extra pounds and his response was that they were not responsible for this delay and never got the money back. I just received an invoice from FEDEX for € 40.49 claiming customs costs. I was also not informed of this when buying the shoes. In short, I would have been cheaper and faster to buy shoes in Spain. The shoes are fine

I have downgraded my evaluation because I received a hefty Fedex invoice more than a month after receiving the goods. It could have been avoided (or at least seriously reduced) had the seller provided a certificate of origin within the shipping documents, a casual pity really... They carry a nice variety of brands, and funny enough, the Berwick I wanted were not only cheaper than in Spain, but my size was available when it's not in Spain...There were no goodies with the first order but it's fine :)
