I recently purchased radiators from affordablerads and I was extremely impressed with their fast delivery and affordable prices. The whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless and hassle-free.

Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of radiators available on their website. They had lots of sizes, styles, and colors to choose from, making it easy for me to find the perfect match for my home. The prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to other websites I had looked at.

Once I placed my order, I was impressed by how quickly the radiators were delivered.
I received them within a few days, which was much faster than I expected.

Ordered a rad in early December on 'free next day delivery' When you go to pay, if you want next day, it's extra, next available delivery - 2 Weeks! So I cancel order and get promised a refund by 21/12/23. Never arrived. Don't even bother with the 'AWARD WINNING' website chat function, it's like talking to a mentally challenged wall.

5 Stars fantastic! Affordable rads went above and beyond for me i would recommend them to anyone. The Radiators i purchased were great quality and they got here pretty fast too.

I am still awaiting a refund from 2nd December 2023 due to the item not being in stock, i received email confirmation that this is being processed and will be refunded by 16th Dec at the latest this did not happen. I raised another complaint and received another email saying my refund is being processed and will be in my account by 7th Jan 2024.
STILL NO REFUND!
no reply to emails I have sent.
Live chat cannot help as it is a different department!
Avoid this company!

Very happy indeed, Placed my order yesterday, It was delivered 10 minutes ago , spot on no problems or issues with anything. I would come back here again should i need more radiators.

I have waited in all day for our radiators and they have not arrived. I was asked to select a delivery date which Affordable Rads confirmed, but since I have had no correspondence and I can't contact them as there is no contact number and their chat is not working. I really hope that someone can contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Update: Affordable Rads have contacted us and said the radiators have been dispatched! We will keep this review up to date and hope to receive the items in the next 24 hours.

Update 2: Radiators arrived 2 days late. One has damage to the front so cannot be used. I have contacted Affordable Rads via their online form and hope that they get back to us soon to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this means yet more delays.

The price was very competetive so proceeded to purchase, radiator arrived next day, not dissappointed at all. sums it up really.

Fantastic, affordable Rads helped me out a lot! I was able to get 12 radiators delivered the next day, no damages to report and they arrived before 9am which meant the builders could get on with everything. 5 Stars *****

Very easy to order and the radiators arrived quite fast i would certainly order from affordable rads again without a doubt, They were also very helpful and suggested some really good options!

It took ages to get a response from customer service re purchasing a sink separate from the base unit (my original sink had a hairline crack so I was just trying to replace like for like).
I eventually got an email from customer service with a klarna payment link. I paid as requested then heard nothing ! No sink. I emailed several times and eventually was notified if a delivery date. Sink arrived, opened the box and sink is damaged.
Now I am trying to contact after sales re getting a replacement - there is no phone number - I’m going round in circles with their online ‘live chat’ (it’s not live!).

Good service. There was an issue with one of the valves on my thermostatic tap but it was replaced next day.

Purchased 2 radiators and a mirror, everything arrived at the same time on the date i specified. Nothing bad to report here. Would recommend them without a doubt.
