Place an order in the mid of Jan, choose an date for delivery, waited all day and nothing turned up. Filled out the form on their website as no email or phone number is provided. Trying to place an cancellation on their live chat, no one to talk to. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company! Also had klarna stop any future payments to this company as I received no items. Want my order to be CANCELLED and want to be refunded!

Please do not waste your time or money on this company. Faulty item. They agreed to refund and then have gone radio silent. I’m £340 out of pocket and still waiting for a response to my emails asking where the refund is. I’ve been waiting since 7th January. A total scam. Read the reviews. Look at the face book profile. Do not use this company.

Got a large amount of discount, so went ahead and placed the order. Radiators arrived quickly and for the price they are superb. Cheers

Placed an order for a bath, sink and a towel radiator. They arrived promptly and all at once. No problems or issues with my order, certainly would order from affordable rads again in the future.

Good radiators look the part and arrived fast too. Would order again.

Avoid these scammers. Say next day delivery, but then you get a slot for two weeks' time. Took the slot as item was exactly what we were looking for. Delivary day comes and suprise suprise Olsen no item. No way of contacting this company except a useless bot/email form. Avoid!!

My order arrived the next day, what else can i say other than great keep up the good work.

The website showed the radiator I wanted at a good price, so ordered, paid in full and even agreed a delivery date.

Late that same day they messaged to say it wasn't in stock after all and would be a 6 week wait for delivery (other web sites I'd looked at had shown it as 6 week wait). They offered some alternative options and I chose one, resulting in a reasonable refund due. If only I could get it.

Its now over 2 weeks since my money was taken I've had delivery of the alternative radiator which has been installed, but still no sign of my refund and any chasing messages are just ignored.
Appalling customer service, wish I'd seen the reviews on here before they "stole" my money by taking payment for an item they couldn't deliver.

Update 15/02 I have JUST received my repayment, probably after raising it through Klarna. I also had 2 challenges raised to Trust Pilot from AR, I'm guessing anyone just p'd off and not out of pocket might not bother to reply twice, so maybe the 1 star reviews should be greater?
I've just had a quick read of the reviews on here and virtually all the 5 star reviews are from someone with just one review ever on Trust Pilot ....anyone else find that odd??

I ordered a toilet at the beginning of January, seeing that it would be delivered two days later. After paying for it, it then said the first available delivery slot was in fact 3 weeks later. The date of delivery has now passed and we have no toilet. I have contacted Affordable Rads via their online form, email and live chat and no one has replied. Do not order from this company, it is an appalling service and still have my money. I am outraged.

My cabinet was booked in for delivery yesterday. It has never turned up, I have paid for it & no answer about what is happening from the 'live chat' and no telephone number to call.

Got a great deal on a radiator with discount, i ended up saving an additional £50, so i went ahead and placed the order, it arrived two days later and i must say that i am very please with the look and finish of the radiator. All in all, good service and fantastic product. I would certainly purchase from affordable rads again without a doubt.

Similar to previous review. I ordered radiator and arranged delivery date. I was then advised 4 week wait. After 4 weeks I contacted them and was told another 4 weeks. I cancelled order but have never received refund in 8 weeks. You can not contact them as all automated.

Everything went well, no issues or anything radiators were delivered on-time and look fantastic, going to recommend these guys to my friend who is a builder haven't had such great service from a company in quite a while. The kept me informed at all points.

Had such a great time dealing with affordable rads, they were very helpful and suggested some nice products to buy. Well pleased with the radiator and accessories.

All delivered on time and in perfect condition. Fantastic quality radiator at a decent price too. I would order again.

Over two months ago this company advertised, took our order and payment for some radiators they did not have. They offered alternatives, which were not suitable. The refund they promised seven weeks ago has not materialised and they are not responding. The live chat says send an email but they don’t answer them. It is a shame because the radiators they did have and supply were good but if we have to pay for radiators we didn’t get it makes them very expensive.

Very fast delivery, the radiators i received look great. Cannot wait to get them fitted.
