“Why isn’t this a 5 star review?” I hear you ask.
Because I should not have had to deal with customer services at all.
The item I wanted was available to order despite being out of stock.
Inventory management was poor, so they lose a star, other than that, everything else was spot on: order updates etc via email were regular, staff were great, ordering was easy. This is probably an exception to the rule.

Poor
Poor, no contact phone number. I had to email to chase my order which was a slow process.
I chased order one day before 5 day delivery time scale, to receive an abrupt email back saying it had not been 5 days. Chased order after 6 days to be told they do not have stock of the item!
Selling items which they do not have stock of. Would not use again.

I can see your order was placed on our standard delivery service of 2-5 working days (courier cut off time is 2pm). There are currently no notes on your order indicating of any problems or issues and therefore, I can see the last working day to receive your order is Monday 20th of July.

Review now updated, hopefully you are now able to see poor customer service and remember sending emails.
In future just be truthful, and tell the customer the item is not in stock.

Ordered on the 21st assured it would arrive by 28th.
The 28th arrived after much hassle with the robot (you can’t physically communicate with this company) I’m told it’s not even in stock. I now hope I’ll get my requested refund.

Absolutely disgusting in there
Absolutely disgusting in there. Mould everywhere and they try to cover it up or dust it off. Or get the workers to ‘oh just cover it in paint’ letting customers walk away with mould ridden items is appalling. But money talks to these guys. The ignorance to the workers also working in such revolting work conditions says everything really. Avoid at all costs!

My last 2 orders have been a bit…
My last 2 orders have been a bit problematic as the shoes ordered in each case were out of stock despite showing availability online. Nonetheless the service and communication was excellent and a solution was found. It would be helpful to have a consolidated stock tracking system to avoid this problem. Overall I am happy with the shoes in the end.
