David McIntyre was fantastic. really friendly, professional and helpful. There was an issue with our meters we weren't aware of and he made sure we understood the issue and helped us to arrange for it to be fixed. As new owners, we didn't know about the issues with a previous renovation that impacted our gas meter and he was very patient in explaining everything to us.

Charlie came to help with an issue with my smart meter tonight. He worked tirelessly to resolve the issue for me, so thorough, pleasant and professional. Thank you Charlie!

After 2 failed visits by other engineers we had T. Clark who came to install our Smartmeter.
She arrived on time and completed the job wonderfully. She was cheerful, helpful and left after checking everything was working. She was brilliant and we were so pleased with her work.

Three times an engineer has examined my smart electricity meter and concluded that it has a fault stopping it from sending information to my Home Display Unit or So Energy. Each time his request for the faulty meter to be replaced has been overruled by a supervisor or algorithm which says, without seeing the meter, that as long as its screen is not blank it is not classed as being faulty, even though the "non existent" fault stops the meter doing it's job.

Greg L was great explained everything from start to finish was quick and efficient. Friendly and let me know what would happen in the future, minimal disruption and all check done.

Heat Pump service undertaken by a very professional engineer backed up by a responsive and efficient back office. Arrived on time and thoroughly inspected all aspects of the Heatpump and associated heating and hot water infrastructure. He identified a few issues with the installation (by a different company) and followed up with a remediation plan and price should I require it. I thoroughly recommend AES to anyone looking for heat pump services.

We had a persistent issue with our electric smart meter, and David McIntyre from AES Smart was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. David quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything working again efficiently and with minimal disruption.

He also took the time to explain what had gone wrong and made sure we were comfortable using the system before leaving. It’s rare to find someone so thorough and courteous — truly excellent service!
