Highly recommended. Justin is most definitely now by go to for any tv/aerial/satalite issues. Both times that I have called him he has come out the very next day, always arrives on time, is knowledgable and reasonably priced.

Contacted Justin on a Sunday and he got straight back to me to arrange a time. He was prompt, professional, gave me straightforward non-jargon advice - and his work carries a 12 month guarantee. Very happy to recommend.

Called Justin late Thursday night and what a great man came out early Good Friday morning to repair TV system so we would not be without TV over Easter. And not expensive value for excellent work.

I contacted Tone Ariels after an enormous quote from elsewhere.. I was called within the hour and made appointment for a few days time. Arrived bang in time, wired up and tested quick, smart , polite , very helpful, the amin TV even works better and at almost half the cost of the 1st people- RESULT. would deffo use them again if needs be.

Really friendly and efficient service. Turned up when they said they would, resolved issue immediately, cleaned up after. Even gave us some spare trunking he had to cover cables. Local guy as well, knew other worksmen in the village, which we like. We will definatly use them again.

We wanted a TV point installed and the room in which our 'Multi room' Sky box is situated, changed. Justin was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and arranged a mutually convenient time to assess the job.
Price and date agreed, Justin and Mike arrived to undertake the work. Quick, tidy and without any problems (Bar our dog - but that's another story....) the work was done and dusted.

Justin did a very good job in replacing my tv cable and also fitted a new aerial as recommended by him. I was really pleased with his friendly and efficient service. He showed an eagerness to do the job and knew exactly what to do. He was tidy and helpful and an honest tradesman as he returned my screwdriver after mistakingly placing it with his tools. He does like to have a cup of coffee whilst working and builds good rapport with his customers. I would highly recommend Justin for all your aerial and tv needs.

Rang Justin regarding installing FreeSat- he was very helpful, instillation was completed the next morning to a professional standard. Both Justin and his colleague were friendly,helpful and quick. I would recommend without hesitation. Thank you very much.

I had a distorted satellite picture on my tv. Tone Aerials came out and soon found the problem to be a faulty LNB box. Fitted a new bracket too as the old one had rusted beyond repair. Happy with the service and woups recommend.

We have used Justin a couple of times recently after moving into a new build property . Very efficient service from Justin, turned up when promised, tidy work and cleaned up after!
We had an aerial installed on one occasion, then a tv mounted on a bedroom wall with a couple sockets added by his friendly electrician, Tim on a separate occasion. Not one wire on show - very impressed!! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Justin. He was recommended to me and was lovely to deal with. He confirmed the appointment prior to the time booked and turned up on time. He changed the installation that was already there and installed a further tv socket. He made a neat and tidy job and even removed his shoes as there was new carpets!!

The engineer Justin and his colleague were a very professional service. They called before hand and were punctual to the minute. On site they took extreme care not to move or damage anything and actually removed their shoes prior to commencing work. They were fast and efficient quickly identifying the faults and rectifying them at the time. Josh went out of his way to test all of our aerial outlets in the home and retuned all appliances in every room. They erected a new aerial fast and efficiently.
All in all I would highly recommend Tone Aerials to anyone. Excellent service throughout at a reasonable cost.
