I'd just moved house and discovered I had no aerial connection. The guys came out and on a Saturday! Had me sorted within 5 mins. Friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Phoned Justin late Friday afternoon and he was here the same evening ... (on a Friday!!). He checked the aerial and he told me there was nothing wrong with the aerial and that it was the TV. Offered to pay him and he refused to take it as he hadn't done anything! What service! Many thanks Justin.

I have had ongoing problems with my digital signal which three different companies have attempted to solve without lasting success. They were obviously not as thorough and efficient at 'troubleshooting' as Tone Aerials (Justin) and I only wish I had contacted them from the start. Landkey resident.

Booked to have satellite TV in my static caravan. I was called 45 minutes prior to arrival to say how long they would be. Lovely guys, they even fixed my free sat areal while they was here.

Justin and his mate were brilliant. On time, polite, friendly, not at all condescending. Not only did they solve the problem with our TV but also improved wifi around our old house and offered to advise on getting faster broadband. Excellent service. Very fast and friendly. Lost signal on my freesat box. Came out on a sunday night and fixed it within minutes.

We lost connection from our aerial after a very stormy night. Which also resulted in water leaking through the aerial cable and straight into the free view box.

We called Justin on the Thursday morning, described our problem, and Justin offered to come out to sort it the next morning after the storm had died down. He kindly offered to come over at 7 in the morning before we went to work.

He gave us a quote & timescale straight away & was finished earlier than first thought.

Very quick, friendly & professional service. We would recommend them to anyone.
