I've got the order I placed on January 1st today, but it's quite understandable seeing that I live in Italy and this company is based in the UK. And since online support has been pretty helpful too, I can honestly say I've had a fulfilling customer experience.

But please understand that the exact delivery time is completely beyond our control. We are trying as much as we can to select couriers that provide the best balance between price and quality, but that doesn't guarantee that the service will be always ideal. You've made your order on New Year's day, we've prepared it the same day and it was sent next day - the first day it was possible to send anything. And your order was in your country on time:
- Order placed: 01/01/2020 16:20
- Order shipped: 02/01/2020 16:26
- Order leaving the UK: 04/01/2020 01:18
- Order registered in Italy: 08/01/2020 17:34
- Order arrived to local delivery office: 20/01/2020 05:21
- Order delivered: 20/01/2020 09:05
So it was sent in 24 hours, but the longest delay was actually in Italy. And that's completely beyond our control.
Please also bear in mind that pretty much all deliveries are delayed during the New Year's time.
That's why, although I understand your frustration, it seems to be slightly unfair that you lowered our rating by one star just because some entity completely independend of us has failed. We did all we could do to deliver your order on time, but someone else in your country has failed.
