Last year I bought it and was more than 100 quit. After half year the charger was already broke it, replacement was not for free.Now is one year and stopped to work. The reply was...is already out of guarantee and I need to purchase a new one. I had Sony Philips for more than 5 years...I am going back to this, same money more qualities

Mine toothbrush stopped working under the 12 months guarantee, I have emailed them. They asked me to send a video which I did, then wanted video of water flosser. Now they are ignoring me after several chase ups. Poor customer service. Still without toothbrush

AVOID PLEASE!!!!! No order , no money refund, proper scammers AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

Seems to have gone bust or been renamed. The website is closed and no information available to order replacement brush heads, etc. Same old issue when buying from China!

I don’t usually give reviews. I’ve been using electric toothbrushes for almost 20 years and hands down the best electric toothbrush I have ever had (genuinely shocked by the negative reviews). I’ve had mine for approximately 3 years having bought the same toothbrush from their sister company mauarcher. A real plaque destroyer and the brushes stay firm for ages. Spending way less time in the dentists chair.

Ordered the toothbrush then read the reviews! Cancelled the order within the hour. Customer care replied saying it was already shipped. That was Friday. Today Monday I get an email saying preparing to ship. I have already contacted my bank to report as a scam.

This toothbrush provides a fantastic clean. My only small issue is with the on/off button - it's a bit hard to press, but otherwise, it works great.

I bought two. Brilliant… until it goes wrong. After eight months just wouldn’t switch on/off correctly. Company asked for a video that I duly sent. Then I was informed I’d have to buy a new one. Might have been just one defective product- but the support and service just woeful. They believe in their product they say, I don’t.

The company took my money, didn't send the product and after endless emails would only refund me half of my money. Really disgusting. Will never use a company based in china ever again. I can almost guarantee any positive reviews they have are fake. Really disgusting scam artists. Im glad they live in dystopia in china.

Like other reviews, the product seemed great upon receipt but the battery stopped charging after 4 months. I contacted Aelt Care “customer service” and ended up in a repetitive circular email conversation with, I believe, a bot. A complete waste of money, and it wasn’t cheap. I WARN OTHERS TO STAY AWAY.

Do not buy . I am pretty sure this is a scam. Very low quality toothbrush arrived. I got 5 days use and then it made a buzzing sound when I attempted to charge it then stopped working completely. I've made multiple attempts to contact customer service and had NO response. This has got to be a scam. Wish I had checked Trustpilot sooner. I've since seen the same toothbrush is available on Amazon for £35...

This is Fake

Purchased a sonic toothbrush and used it for four month when it stopped working. I contacted the company and sent numerous emails and they kept requesting videos. I wasnt getting any sensible answers I then said that they offered a 12 month warranty and I want a new toothbrush at which point they simply stopped communicating. I will never use this company again and have lost my money,

Please do not use this company it is a scam they have taken my money and I have not received goods 🤦🏼‍♀️

I do not understand how this company can call themselves Aeltcare UK when they are clearly based in China. I ordered an item but wanted to cancel. I contacted them to do so but found out it had been shipped from China. It looks as though they are going to deduct money from me because I will be returning it to them and I no longer need it.
Not happy at all.

Almost immediately, after ordering, before sending definitely, I canceled the order, because my husband had already ordered the same item.. I immediately wrote an email, read the rules and the rules say that if you cancel the order before it is shipped, it will be canceled and you will get the entire amount of money back. They did not take the request into account.. Secondly, after two months of constant correspondence, where they wrote that they had shipped the shipment anyway, all sorts of things happened. They sent a tracking NR. Which did not show where the shipment was. Then each time I had to wait for the shipment to be on its way. Regardless of the fact that I claimed that I had canceled the shipment, not that it had already been sent, that it would not be delivered within any deadline (the deadline was supposed to be 1 week), they never delivered it... After two months of torture, they wrote that the shipment was lost and returned me instead of €142, only €119... Unfortunately, I did not succeed in anything. The scam was probably also the goal..

I bought the package of sonic toothbrush and flosser. Was very impressed. I didn't get tracking details so emailed. Received a reply in less than 24 hrs insuring delivery. Ordered on Thursday night. Arrived Tuesday morning. Product works lovely. I must admit I was skeptical after seeing some reviews but they were brilliant.

Everything is okay. I bought a package with toothbrush and a waterflosser and both products working fine!
Delivery quite long than estimated (about 10-15 days after I've placed the order) , but arrived in good condition anyway.

It is a China Product even on the box or inside of it you'll not find any leaflet with adress of a factory or a country origin(quite tricky for me ).

I was a little panicked after read other reviews about their quality and service, but it seems they exceeded expectations and I have no reason to complain.

Is not a top gadget with apps and fancy looking and the material is not a top plastic finished,but it's more to good value for money product and is dooing the job very well.

Battery on toothbrush is working fine, need to stay on first charge 24 H ,after that
it can be used at least 2 weeks without any other charging.

I've used an OralB 6 series tooth brush before and I don't seen any other difference how both products cleen the tooths.

I needed a new electric toothbrush and after a little online research I came across Aeltcare which had some very good reviews. It came complete with a flossier which is excellent. The goods arrived in 4 days by post, and I have been very pleased with the results. I have only used the toothbrush and flossier for 5 days, but everything is good so far.
