Online ordering pages slow to load
Collette was very helpful, clear and efficient over the phone. I then placed an order online, which was a slow process. The pages took a long time to load after pressing continue each time. A little frustrating but easy enough to complete.

Your item was dispatched to you on the 29th November by your choosen postal method "free delivery" (Royal Mail 48) which usually delivers within 2-3 business days. A shipment email was sent to you on the very same day (perhaps this has ended up in your spam folder?). However due to Royal Mail industrial action on the 30th November and 1st December no post deliveries or collections have been taking place and unfortunately this has a knock on effect whilst Royal Mail catch up. I do apologise for the delay but unfortunately this has been caused by Royal Mail industrial action which is out of our hands.
