After calling 4 times my issue is still not resolved. I requested a supervisor call back and a regular service agent called not a supervisor! The representative I had on the first call did not enter the information correctly and now they are having me jump hoops again for their error. They want a 3 way call again which is not that easy due to our situation and they have no sympathy. ADP has been a thorn in our side since day one. I would never recommend their services.

We signed with ADP over a year ago and they still haven't assigned a care team. Getting any support from this company is impossible. They are inconsistent, take months to resolve the simplest of issues or even respond to emails. This would be fine if they were a more user friendly platform. We left Bamboo HR, Breeze, and Sure Payroll, to have all these services under 1 roof. I wouldn't advise it. Every dollar saved isn't worth it.

There is no customer support line you can call to get assistance. The customer support line directs to to log onto the account online and chat with them there. This feature is not available to me, so there is no way for me to access support

I cannot express how unbelievably frustrated I am with ADP. I withdrew money from my 401k and gave them the proper address to mail the check to. ADP emailed me to say that they have my check and it was no longer being sent. They gave me numbers to call, but they do not work. ADP now has my check and I am unable to get it.

As an employee who just wants to access their payroll for tax purposes one year it should be very hard for ADP to mess this up yet they do every year, in a different way
Not one year have I been able to access my payslips without issue, sometimes the server is done, sometimes its something else

As a employee under this payroll system it is the absolute worst payroll system I have ever seen to date. I don't know who came up with the idea for facial recognition as a Punch in Punch out clock but they should be fired if not in a mental institution. the interface for both the app and in browser versions looks like a cheap knockoff from the early 2000s the menus are hard to navigate and specific information is aggravating to find if you are looking for a new payroll system for your company DO NOT use this one it is worse than sewage in a bag on a hot summer day.

Once ADP gets you to sign up, you're essentially on your own unless they're trying to upsell you additional services. You end up doing most of the work yourself—entering payroll into their system—while they handle deposits and tax filings. That's about it. No follow-up calls to check how things are going or if you need assistance.
I attempted to change our workers' comp provider, but ADP works with Hartford and basically did what they wanted. They excluded the owner from the policy for reasons I still don't understand, and no one has reached out to explain or resolve it.
Payroll processing is confusing, especially regarding tips. When we asked which category to use for tipped employees, we received no clear guidance or explanation. Their customer service is poor—they're quick to send sales emails but slow to provide actual support when you need it.
Despite claiming to cater to small businesses, ADP is not small-business-friendly. We are currently searching for a new payroll processing service.

We switched our business from Gusto to ADP Workforce Now expecting a more professional payroll/HR platform and stronger support. Instead, this has been a nightmare from implementation through ongoing customer service.
Implementation was disorganized and inconsistent. We were handed off to multiple people and had to repeat the same information over and over. There was little ownership or accountability, unclear guidance, and delays that created unnecessary problems for our business.
Customer support has been the biggest issue. ADP’s responsiveness is extremely poor—responses are delayed, incomplete, or sometimes not provided at all. When we do hear back, it’s often from someone new who is unfamiliar with our situation, forcing us to start from the beginning again. We have dealt with many different representatives, including some in different time zones, which makes communication during our business hours difficult and unreliable. Support feels lackluster and reactive, not proactive.
The pricing is also unreasonable given the level of service. We are paying a premium, but the support and follow-through do not match the cost. We feel misled, and honestly scammed, based on what was promised versus what has been delivered. There is also no meaningful way to try the service before committing, and once enrolled you are locked into a contract even when ADP is not meeting expectations.
Desired resolution: A dedicated, responsive point of contact, timely support, and a fair remedy for the failed implementation and ongoing service issues (including contract flexibility and/or financial adjustment). I do not recommend ADP.

If you have a small business, run away, as fast as you can. These folks are just terrible. Try to look up a local office phone number, you won't find one. They are like the secret service. You sit on the phone for hours, for days, and they refuse to give you extensions to anyone you have been working with on a problem or issue, so you are always starting back at step 1.
They made a huge mistake on my account, I got hit with a huge penalty, and then they held my payroll captive until I paid that fee, on a mistake they made. Then, they pointed to the work comp third party to try to blame them. They are a despicable example of a company, and I would warn anyone of their corporate structure. Sign on new clients, then take advantage or and ignore them.

ADP services are absorbent. I do not recommend ADP; they have excessive ongoing errors, and customer service is terrible. Do not bring your business to this company. ADP is the worst company, and the customer service is awful.

I always have trouble logging in it's always a pain keep saying that I have the wrong password or the wrong login but I have it written down so I don't understand how is it wrong then it asked security questions that I don't even know the answer to I don't remember answering your questions as a security question so to me it's just bull

If I could give zero stars I would. I had left ADP for another payroll client and they kept calling me telling me they wanted me back as a customer. They told me they would give me four free months lower my monthly bill and also I will get a $500 referral feet for referring my daughter who also has a corporation so I agreed. I have a paper trail of all emails and was told that the referral fee I was to receive would be coming in November… It is now January 5 and I have not received any news or money. I cannot reach anyone to get help and basically I was lied to. Good luck trying to reach customer service. I tried the online chat and it said I was 492 in line. No joke. I would run from this company .

ADP is a joke. I can't add a new hire ever as the option is shaded gray every time I try to complete the new hire. I have to call in to have this done every single time. ADP wants a businesses payroll submitted by 5pm day before check date, however I placed a call back request and am told I'll be called back in an hour and a half. That request was submitted 3 and a half hours ago. Now I'm on hold again and am told it will be about an hour and a half. Online chat help is no better. Been on there for 30 minutes and am now position 505! Absurd.

I would give zero stars if possible. I have 2 companies with ADP. I have been on hold for over 2 hours at 3 different times today trying to process a special payroll. Once I finally got through at 12:45 am - the customer service person was a completely untrained & had no idea of how to process payroll! ….still unsure she can handle the task… she has no idea what she is doing.

We have a small business and use ADP however logging in to do my payroll is difficult. It constantly tells me I can't and that there is an error. Then I need to call for help. The wait is sometimes over 45 minutes to an hour. This is wrong. I will be looking into hiring a different payroll company because of their poor service in not answering the phone.
