Changing review to 5* although we waited a while to get sorted (change who we were flying with) it was done very quickly by Alex so we thank you, everyone in our party is delighted with new flights, now we are going from our home town via London to Orlando 😀would still book again through adored holidays

Once again been let down 👇, daughter was promised email on Friday past with different flights from different airports so that we as a group could look over them this weekend and make a decision to keep original or go for alternative and still haven't received anything, as a company I would have thought that your customers deserve better??No Where on the site can I put ref number in to get onto our booking

Thank you for reply we phoned yesterday and was talking to Chris who was going to phone me back yesterday but still waiting on the call from him to see if our flights can be changed.

All I can say is AMAZING everything was just 100% !!! Chris was just fantastic, any question I had he would give me a call straight away and put my mind at ease, especially considering I booked my Dubai holiday for my babymoon plus I was travelling with my 6 month old baby at the time, he made sure everything was perfect from my journey on the plane he made sure the bassinet seat was reserved for me and my family.

I cannot recommend adored holidays enough, and I thank Chris for everything.

Chris was fantastic in helping us arrange our holiday, he couldn’t do enough for us and provide 5-Star service. Alisdair arranged our trip to Dubai in August, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. This company and their parent company 360 Travel Group have little respect for customer data. I initially asked for a quote for a holiday but found Adored to be more expensive than our usual provider. The marketing continued via email and text messages. I have now been asking to be unsubscribed from marketing now for months without success and continue to receive weekly text messages.

Just come back from a fantastic holiday. Chris from Adored arranged the whole thing for us and everything went so smoothly. From the flight to the taxi to the hotel stay. We are already planning our next trip with Chris again! Thanks for everything. Evi

Booked our holiday to Dubai through Chris. Nothing was too much trouble after we had to change dates several times prior to booking. Our transfers were prompt, he gave numerous hotel options to suit our needs. He requested a room upgrade which we received. Would not hesitate to book again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful holiday at Atlantis Palm over half-term, across my Son’s 14th birthday.
