We used to have a 30-day account

We used to have a 30-day account, this seems to have changed without notification, and our account is often locked leading us to look at other providers

Orders are not delivered without any notification as to the reason why, usually an invoice has not been paid.

Dealing with ADS has become extremely difficult and inflexible

Thankyou for your review.Sadly there was a delay due to a backorder which we expedited as quick as we could We do note you order had been marked hold until complete so in future we are always happy to ship what we have by unticking the hold until complete box if that assists but appreciate the comment on service which we pride ourselves on :)

It took a couple of days to be…

It took a couple of days to be delivered and then I was delivered the incorrect products and had to chase for the correct ones. Other than that the service is good.
