I have been enrolled in Potential in Action programme from March to June 2017 and can greatly recommend AddValue as a company for career consultancy, as well as the company finding the right candidates to project teams.

During the first weeks of the course at AddValue as a preparation for Potential in Action stay at the company I did professional profile characteristics test, worked on my professional representation, got introduced to my team, as well as was prepared for the following 9 weeks of teamwork at the company. The course equipped us as a team to understand one another, create a balance on the working culture and set common goals. After 2 weeks we were clear on the approach to the task given and were able to enter the company as a team, supporting each other and bringing the best of each professional skills and personalities to the group-work.

Apart from the preparation for the Potential in Action, AddValue provided with a significant help in personal career coaching (regardless if it was after or before their working hours), gave professionally critical feedback on the CV and application letters, shared their knowledge and contacts within the interested industry and overall was there for me!
I thank AddValue team to take my case so personally and giving me support on time, in full and with greatest effort! I recommend and compliment the entire team for their work and thank them to have guided me though quite stressful times.

Add Value offer amazing individual support with care and affection. Through their Potential in Action project, I got relevant working experience for a Danish company and that was just the tip of the iceberg. Add Value provided support, assistance and guidance throughout the project and have helped more than once to my Potential in Action team to successfully overcome a challenging situation.

Through the several tools and approaches they taught me, including a detailed personality test, Add Value helped me get a better idea of how I match a job and more importantly – how to show it on my application and at the interview. They have been invaluable for me in every step of the recruiting process – from identifying relevant positions; through the making of excellent, targeted applications; to being prepared, active and impressive at every interview.

One key element that I think sets Add Value and their Potential in Action project apart from any other company or course is their continuous care and compassion. Everyone in the staff is exceptional listener and fantastic motivator. At each personal sparring, not only did thy listen and respond to all my thoughts and questions, I could also feel their burning desire to help me and their passion when giving advice and ideas.

So to sum up – would I recommend Add Value and Potential in Action? Absolutely! They are a team of friendly, caring and supportive professionals who are good at what they do - namely, helping you get a new job.
