Horrible customer service don't keep their word.

Dealing with customer service also not good word. Claim coming on a certain day and called but never came that day only to tell me items missing. Upset because we took to crumbling bed down so that left me with out a bed . Very upset. Delivery man came on time pleasant and quick great service. Work on you customer service and management team horrible is why I gave a 3 for good final delivery man if not a 1

Horrible customer service and delivery

Even with an appointment they do not deliver their products and their customer service is horrid. We rescheduled our appointment for the following Friday after they failed to deliver our bed for my elderly mom. We get a call on Monday for an appointment we DID NOT schedule saying “We couldn’t deliver the bed today because it is too late in the day.” I have been calling for days prior to make sure our appointment has been set clearly for Friday, so i’m not understanding what’s the problem with all the miscommunication? The lady on the phone blamed it on us for not calling the delivery service every 2 hours to check up on where they are on the road. The worker said that is the reason why we missed the bed the initial time. We shouldn’t have to keep reaching out to see where they are on the road. We gave them clear instructions one call when they leave and another when they get to the building so we can help them get inside. Their service is horrible and don’t bother wasting your time buying from them unless you want lots of frustration.

Worst customer experience of my life

Worst customer experience of my life. Beware of predatory recurring billing.
I purchased a CPAP/sleep machine through this company, paid my $500 co-pay, and their team billed my insurance thousands. Because the machine didn't work for me, I returned it after a few uses and assumed the account was closed.
Instead, this company quietly continued to charge my credit card without my consent. To make matters worse, they recently sent me a box of unwanted supplies for a machine I haven't owned in 12 months.
When I called to resolve this, I returned the parts and had to cancel my credit card just to stop the unauthorized charges. Now, they are harassing me for an ongoing $83/month fee for a service I do not have. Their customer service is dishonest, unhelpful, and they are essentially stealing from former customers. Stay far away.

The technician

The technician, Kone Zanga called me first prior to his arrival. He was very respectful and took the bed with no complaints inspite of its heavy weight. Thank you for the service.
