Setting Improper Expectations
The product itself on my first order was fine and I assume the order in transit right now will be a well. The issue for me is that your company fails at setting proper expectations around delivery time frames. 2-3 days is what is quoted and weeks for custom work. Ive only ordered standard things so the initial time frame should have applied hower it took longer than expected. My second order is set to arive almostva week after is quoted arrival date. Its OK to under-promise and over deliver, but its never ok to over promise and under deliver. If you said it takes 7 to 10 business days which ends up being like 14 days in reality that would be better because if it shows up early id go WOW. Additionally when the first item was late I received and email stating I would get a gift as an apology and an additional 10 or 20% off my next purchase neither of which happened. Again I dont care about the gift or the extra percentage since prices are already reasonable its the fact that again in a separate instance you guys are setting improper expectations. So quality Good, truthful communication bad.

We’re genuinely glad the product quality was good, but we completely understand how frustrating it is when delivery expectations don’t match reality. Over-promising and then arriving late is not the experience we want anyone to have, especially when you ordered standard items and the original timeframe should’ve been accurate.
You also shouldn’t have been told you’d receive a gift or an extra discount and then not had that followed through — that’s on us, and it’s not acceptable.
We’re actively improving our shipping communication so the timeframes shown are realistic (and leave room for real-world delays), because we agree: it’s always better to under-promise and over-deliver.
If you can message us your order number, we’ll personally look into both orders and make sure the apology offer is honored properly.
