I purchased a ring Friday never received any info after other then a survey asking how was my purchase experience???

I loved how order, transaction and delivery went out smoothly without any hiccups. I love the piece I have.

Don’t buy from them, they sold me cz and send me Moissanite certificate of authenticity then I check with my diamond tester and it didn’t pass

Thought I couldn't return because I took off the original wrapping but LIliana was very helpful I got it refunded in 11 days after sending back.

So, let's start with my first order ever. It was advertised as buy 1 get 2 free. This came via DHL
I paid the extra duty taxes. I tested the Moissanite via actual jeweler he said these are CZ!! Contacted Adamans it took 12 weeks to receive only 1 PC. They stated their policy wasn't for Moissanite just the CZ. My invoice said I paid for Moissanite!! But I continued to purchase had some delivery issues and once again their stones aren't moissanite but cz. Using a tester if you angle the pen it comes back positive for diamond. Bot when placed flushed on the stone it doesn't register. Paid 900.00 for 1 moissanite and 2 cz chains!! Wasn't right at all. I have stopped purchasing from them
I believe they have good intentions but run out of inventory and replaces the moissanite pieces with cz!!

I JUST CURRENTLY ORDERED A MOSSANITE BRACELET WHICH WAS SMALL SO THEY LET ME EXCHANGE IT FOR A BIGGER SIZE AND JUST WAITING ON THE RESPONSE FOR THAT, OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE THIS COMPANY

They should’ve noticed my name was a female name and not sent me a man bracelet. Although it’s high quality jewelry my wrist are not that big and it’s useless for now.

Bought an item and they put me on a subscription based plan and I got charged the following month. I took the L the first time with them sending me items from temu. Big scam and not worth the price.

Scammers ordered silver and mossianite chain . when it arrived I had it checked it was silver plated copper and cz when I showed them this I was told this was just a gift while my silver and mossinate piece was being made as their was a production issue told to wait a few weeks while it was being made have been told this several times now ordered in November its now February stay away

Stay away from this company. They are dishonest in what they sell to the public. I bought two moissanite cross pendants from Adamans and they shipped me CZ. Now I can’t give someone their Christmas gift because I was sold fake product. I wish I would have found these reviews earlier, I would have saved myself the trouble of even dealing with them.

Very nice jewelry at a good price. I had to make a return because of size but customer service was prompt and courteous.

Amazing support team

After nearly a full month of back-and-forth emails (multiple times per week), I can confirm that the negative reviews about this company are accurate.

I placed a holiday order during a major promotion for three jewelry pieces advertised as 925 sterling silver, gold-plated, with moissanite stones. What I received instead were cubic zirconia stones set in cheap, gold-plated base metal — not sterling silver. The difference was immediately obvious.

To make matters worse, each item was shipped with GRA certificates falsely claiming the stones were moissanite. I had jewler personally verified the stones — they are cubic zirconia.

I contacted customer service and provided photos, documentation, and the certificates they themselves included. Two separate representatives acknowledged the mistake and confirmed the items were incorrect. I was told the cubic zirconia pieces were sent intentionally “so I would have something” while my real moissanite order was produced, and that I could keep the incorrect jewelry.

After weeks of follow-ups, a third representative suddenly claimed the entire promotion was a “system glitch” and refused to honor the advertised order — a textbook bait-and-switch.

When I requested a refund, I was told I would be charged a 15% restocking fee for their mistake.

Here’s the most telling part: the moment I mentioned that I would involve my American Express, I received a reimbursement notification within 30 minutes.
Something they could have resolved five weeks earlier without wasting my time.

This company is reckless, unprofessional, and deceptive. If you look closely, you’ll also notice they now operate under a different name on review platforms "The Jewellery Company"
"adamansjewellery.com", which appears to be an attempt to bury negative reviews.

Bottom line: They advertise sterling silver and moissanite, ship cubic zirconia in cheap metal with misleading certification, and only act when a major credit card company is involved.
Do not waste your hard-earned money.
