Ginger is such a great flavour not too sweet but thirst Quenching . I am definitely drinking more while out on my trail runs because it tastes good. Easy to mix .

Great flavour

Quick delivery as I made the mistake of finishing the order last minute but more so because I've found it to taste nice and the sports drinks really have helped with cramps.

Ginger and Mango Yum!
Not only is this effective hydration and energy chews the ginger and mango also tastes delicious!! Really easy to eat / sip on the run and really keeps my stomach settled throughout the run. I also have the hydration drink the day before and post race too to ensure stomach settled and I keep well hydrated. Ordering easy and delivery swift.

Good for sensitive stomachs
