I have had the pleasure in dealing with Active Financial
through a very complex mortgage application to which I
have been trying to sort out for 18 years,

In that time I have dealt with many companys who have tried and failed to get a mortgage offer

Then I came across Active Financial and I dealt with Tim who from day one new exactly where he was going with this and what needed to be done to get it sorted
and he did just that where many others failed

I have now got a mortgage offer thanks to Tims hard work, and me and my family can now put 18 years of worry behind us and move on

As first time buyers, me and my partner wanted to find a mortgage broker who'd have the time and patience to talk us through details and be trusted to guide us in our best interests through very uncertain times (aka the Truss amd Kwarteng times!).

Natalie answered a search blast I'd put out on Bark. I saw only positive reviews of Active Financial, and from first meeting Natalie, felt instantly comfortable talking honestly and openly with her. It was most important to me to find someone trustworthy who doesnt load pressure on I'd felt other brokers doing, who push their own agenda and opinions, over the facts and our personal situation.

Natalie was always reliable at keeping in contact, and a trustworthy person I felt understood and respect my concerns. I liked that she does everything on video calls, so I didn't have to spent extra time heading out to office meetings. She also came forward with regular market updates and offering time for catch-ups even when we had lost momentum at our end, which helped us to keep focus. In the end, we have delayed buying but I will certainly be going back to Natalie soon as we're ready to look again later this year. I would fully recommend her to anyone looking for trustworthy knowledge and personal values in a broker.

So, we called Philip after other mortgage advisors could not help us with our difficult situation. Philip was professional and non judgemental he has great communication skills and with his friendly manner made us feel very comfortable. Philip managed to find us a repayment mortgage after our interest only term ended with heliodor mortgages as now we are in our mid 60s. We do not know where we would be without Philips help as we were on the verge of losing our home. We highly recommend philip and hope others in our situation won’t hesitate to contact him.
