Stay away if you want a reliable long term stability connection

First time writing a review and it is dedicated to this service provider:

- Not a reliable internet service company: provided slow speed internet.

- "no lock in contract" but will have to notify 30 days in advance - or they will charge you for another 30 days (which is another monthly contract).

- Have been with them for 2.5 years, but no flexibility or any complimentaries whatsoever with the ongoing issues even towards the end after I have settled outstandings. Joseph, the Dispute Resolution manager is stubborn! Shouldn't be in that department!

- They made it difficult to get a resolution to your slow internet, and always start from the beginning which is the "troubleshooting". Even after calling them again and again and following through, the problems are still happening. Worse: when you stop calling, nothing was rectified!

- I should have given 1-star instead, but there are days when I don't have a hassle, so a 2-star is for their minimum effort.
