Unreliable! Book when you are ready for a taxi and they cannot get a driver for 40 minutes. Pre book and the taxi is 40 minutes late. When we chase, the transport controllers say the taxi is on the way. Ha ha, it’s not! Then we chase again, and again. Totally useless! ADT let us down for the last time yesterday and we used Birstal Cabs when they couldn’t allocate a driver again! They did arrive on time and will get our business now.

Absolutely god awful. Turns out when you prebook a taxi, they dont actually prebook one. They just leave the job hanging there and someone picks it up when they can be arsed. So if youve got somewhere to be, at a specific time book with literally anyone else. You call to get help and find out why your supposedly prebooked lift isnt there and get monotone apologies and excuses, noone actually assigns a driver and gets it fixed. They expect you to be happy with " im sorry, someone will get to you as soon as they can" and to put the phone down. Did not like that i was staying on the phone until someone was assigned and have the cheek to tell you if you cancel because theyre not fulfilling their contract, that you get charged a fiver!!. Absolute shambles of a company.

Veezu are plastered on a website called RUSHPAY.CO.UK who have scammed people and stolen their money.

The owner of Rushpay has closed his app and locked people's money inside probably gaining financially.

He partners with companies such as ADT Taxi's and a few others as their logo can be found on their website. I am starting to this these taxi firms are used as part of a huge operated money laundering system.

Get Scott to reinstall the Rushpay app immediately

Late arriving for BOTH outward and return journeys. Support staff seem unaware of the importance of providing a reliable service, quick to offer banal apologies slow to provide a reliable service. NOT a company I would ever use again.

Pre-booked a taxi the day before for 4:30am the next day. I informed them what time my train was. I received a text message after 4:30 saying my taxi was on the way and that he was 15minutes away. No way I could make my train and apparently the driver only knew about the booking until after it was meant to arrive. Do not use this company for pre-bookings.

I booked a taxi to take me to a hospital appointment the next day at 2.15pm. The taxi didn't arrive and I telephoned them to ask where it was. I was told that they couldn't find a driver for my booking but they were trying to find one. I cancelled the taxi in the end because it became too late for my appointment and then I had to phone the hospital, apologise for not showing up for my appointment and explain what had happened with the non-existent taxi.

Never use this company, completely unreliable and irresponsible! Using automated booking system, I booked their taxi on a Friday for Monday morning. Taxi failed to turn up. I was unable to get through to them on the phone to speak to a human being. An automated message was sent that they are trying to find a driver for me. I begged a neighbour to take me in their car but had missed my coach and had to pay additional £10.60 and wait an hour and a quarter for the next coach. Never again !!!

After several incarnations, they now call themselves ‘Take Me’. I think ‘Take Me to Hell’ would be more apt. Doesn’t matter if you book 5 minutes, 5 hours or 5 days in advance, there’s a roughly 50-50 chance your taxi will show up late or not at all. If you try to call, you’ll get an automated message often saying a driver isn’t available, by which time it’s too late for you to book anyone else. If you want guaranteed stress and a good chance of missing your train/ appointment, use this firm. Otherwise, steer clear.
