I liked the look of the product and thought it would be a great cleaning tool. It arrived quite quickly but as it turned out, one of the pieces was missing. I was very disappointed.
Upon contacting the company by email, the matter was resolved without delay. I had the choice of a refund or a replacement. I chose the refund and did not have to return the item. My refund was received within 3 days. I felt this matter was handled to my satisfaction.

I ordered a product and a day later I realized it wouldn’t fit…. so I wrote to this company and asked how to return it after I received it. Much to my surprise I got an immediate response telling me they would stop my order (it hadn’t been shipped yet) and refund my money!
