Would use again. Natalie was extremely helpful and efficient. Unfortunately the solicitor I had before Natalie took over wasn’t as efficient and I had to chase a lot to get an email back, hence why I’ve only gave 4 stars. After Natalie took over things ran a lot more smoothly and the house purchase happened very quickly. Thank you Natalie and Harrison for assisting me.

Many thanks to Aconveyancing team, they help us in completing out home purchase. The onboarding to the platform was really easy and quick. As a first time buyers, we had many apprehensions and queries about the overall process, our solicitor Dimple was always approachable over the email or calls to clarify the same. She was very much proactive to reply to our emails.

However, there are few things to improve: 1) As there was change in solicitor during the conveyancing phase, this would have been communicated properly to us. 2) As a first time buyers, It would be good to see the details of all the next steps and proper online dashboard to see the progress with target dates for better service.

Really disappointed with Aconveyancing, we went with them as both the seller and the buyer as they were recommended and we thought it would speed things up as we both wanted to wrap things up as fast as possible, how wrong we were, we both (Seller & Buyer) completed all our paper work as requested by the solicitors within days. on the 24th June we had a email from Edie stating she has issued the Contract Pack to your buyer’s solicitor to begin the conveyancing process - its now been 11 days since this was issued and we have found out from the buyers that his side have not even actioned anything thats Abbie and Dimple - The worst decision we ever made going with them. 2 weeks in and they haven't even started the search's. I would have given them 1 star but this is no fault of Edie who has been good

I’ve used A-Conveyancing to move home myself, and a couple of remortgages over the years. What I’ve particularly like about them is their speed of response and no nonsense answers! You always know what you need to do.
