I visited the Leeds store with the idea that I wanted to spend a good amount of money on a well made pair of glasses that also look good. I was greeted by Rochelle who instantly jumped into action helping me try on the many different styles and once I found the right pair I explained that I am a student in Manchester she instantly gave me the option to get my glasses sent to the Manchester store for collection and also pointed out the 15% student discount which was extremely helpful.

It also took me a while to get my prescription off my opticians due to it being the Christmas period but the company was so helpful in letting me send my prescription through at a later date and are very fast at replying to emails. I am looking forward to getting my new glasses and am very happy with the overall experience!

Great store here for shoppen, glasses where Great quality. freindly or verry professional floorworkers.

Gorgeous frames and great customer service

Excellent, rapid service (4 working days) and very happy with both pairs of glasses I got. The staff are very helpful and the policies are customer-friendly. When one of my frames turned out to be a bit too heavy for me, they exchanged it easily and quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Hi very professional team, I have say I was so impressed with the treatment I received from Ace&tate Islington team from my arrival to my departure. The team made me so welcoming and comfortable. I asked so many questions and I stayed a very long time at the store, I never felt rushed and also the team answered to all my questions. Extremely excellent advice and at the end I bought few pairs of glasses and also few accessories.
Well done to the person who is in charge, you have have a great team. I wish all the shops in London could be like you, the way you treat your customers are exceptional with lots of respect and care.

Would give 6 stars if I could. Been to the upper street store a few times and the staff always go above and beyond. Was seen by Lara recently and she was so patient and knowledgeable - there are a few more pairs I’ve been eyeing up so will be heading back soon!
