Try Kaplan!!

A few things just off the top of my head.
-Osbourne books overpriced significantly.
-The Osbourne textbooks are poor, and have no space for workings which I understand is not a requirement, but for the price???
-The online platform is messy and not easy to navigate.-
-The learning videos are just awful, you will watch a 40 min video and 10 minutes of that will be scrolling up and down, then you have to put up with the audible clicks of the mouse throughout.
- At the start of the course, it took a lot of my time constantly chasing things up with emails and phone calls.
-I paid £2038 to study AAT level 4, which I paid in full, I studied one topic over 2 months and then managed to land a job in finance, they were going to fund me to study ACCA, which I started. I no longer need AAT, I asked for a partial refund, and their T&C's state they do not refund after so long. 2 months? They have just over 2 grand for 1 subject, that I had chase up on the textbooks, the exam booking, phone calls because Will didn't respond ever! and when he did it was 5 weeks later.

This was just a few of me issues in 2 months.

I enrolled on the AAT level 2 course

I enrolled on the AAT level 2 course. I was struggling due to mental health issues at the time and was also paired with a very quiet tutor who i felt uncomfortable with. I made very little progress and just received the same generic email from my tutor time after time, I asked to change my tutor as I had a cover tutor for 1 week and learned more from her than I did in the whole time with my tutor but this was never actioned. £1400 down the drain.

Choose another provider

Choose another provider. Non existent support. No clear guidance and study targets. Some units was not even covered by them just told you to read the Osborne book and do practice questions. Most stressful experience in my studying carrier. I had 3/4 different tutors "assigned" to me, who simply "checked" on me as a tick box exercise. Barely scrapped 2 passes on 2 exams and will most probably need to resit 1 or 2.
