Folded Boot Mat
Easy order system, quick dispatch and reception. However the boot mat ordered had been folded in two to fit into a smaller box. This has left small dents in the boot mat.

I have ordered a package on the 26-11-2016 and payed on the 28-11-2016.
the package was still not send.
After corresponding with Accessoires Citroen Lorient, they told me they had a computer malfunction.
They gave priority on my order and they shipped it the next day.

Delays and lack of communication. Finally i received a phone call - and most items I ordered.
I ordered several items and made an immediate payment. Two to three weeks later I then sent multiple requests for ETA. No reply whatsoever. After having rated my two-star experience here I received a phone call from the supplier. Apparently the shipment was pending availability of some items I had ordered. We then agreed a refund for the missing items and immediate shipment for the rest - which finally arrived a few days later. This was my second order from this supplier. Might still go for another one.
