So many so called "Equity Mortgage Experts", but I was lucky enough to find both a diligent and trustworthy company and the Adviser who helped me through the process to completion with a Lender of repute. I am therefore very happy to recommend Access Equity Release and my Adviser Justin Ofoche.

We were introduced to Justin for our first interview when we were enquiring about equity release. Whilst I feel that the arrangement fee was high, I cannot doubt that we had a high quality of service. Our representative was quick to respond, provided clear explanation, and replied to all our communications within a reasonable timeframe.

The selected plan was perfect for my needs and I was able to secure my retirement. I didn't feel pressured in any way and the whole process was quick and worry free. I am so impressed with this company. Right from my first telephone call to them until completion of my contract. I found all the staff I spoke to very approachable, friendly and completely professional. The advisor, Thomas Dalton, who was appointed to me was excellent. He arranged a telephone meeting where he went into great detail about what Equity Release was and the pros and cons of what was entailed in obtaining it. He was very knowledgeable and was not at all pushy. He made sure I knew what the end product was, before I decided it suitable for me. His explanation was very clear and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Once I decided it was what I wanted, Thomas took me through the next stages. If I was uncertain about anything, he was always pleased to help me.
