I had the privilege to meet Martyn Lewis. He was absolutely amazing, Martyn was very patient with me, went through everything. Martyn explained again to a friend of mine as I asked her to be here with me when I made the decision to go ahead. He always kept me up to date, even helped me sort out the purchase of the solar panels in have. I would highly recommend Martyn. He is a gentleman.

The broker, Charles Brookes, was professional, diligent, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He was readily contactable and answered all of our questions, cutting through red tape and jargon. The rating only falls short of five stars because of shortcomings in the service delivered by 'EQUILAW', intended to provide independent legal advice. The company failed to establish and understand our particular circumstances, giving rise to unnecessary confusion and delays.

I have found the service offered to me by the financial adviser Mr Ian Smith-Wilson very helpful and efficient. He was able to complete all the necessary documents with me at my home on a couple of occasions. He has been able to answer all my questions and any concerns I had about Equity Release. I would definitely recommend him and this service if you are thinking of applying for Equity Release.
