Easy to use, easy to understand and lets me invest my money where it is needed most, to drive climate action.
It is easy to invest ethically. However, I think that account information available from the website could be more easily navigable.

It's a simple process, though Abundance runs checks to ensure you know what you're doing. There is a reliance on you to read the caveats, which is essential.
Annoyed at having to complete the Investor Appropriateness test. I'm a long standing investor on your platform and feel this was a waste of my time!
Otherwise, the investment process was straightforward.

The risks of investing with councils were made plain and easily understood so less chance of any ambiguity. Abundance provides a platform for those seeking to invest in sustainable projects for existing and potential investors with no encouragement or pressure to do so leaving it up to each to choose as they wish.
I was pleased to discover there was a council local to us raising funds in a subject which interests me, knowing there are likely to be others available later offering greater returns.
5 out of 8 companies I invested are in default. Only 28% of capital recovered since 2019.

Quick response from the chat line. But I had no confirmation of my deposit until I contacted them again to find out if they had actually received my payment.

Smooth experience investing with Abundance. Terms and risks very clear.
Great that they offer social investments and provide clear risks statements
Investing was simple (but not too simple - the risks were clearly explained). I did what I wanted to do in just a few minutes
Abundance are very easy to deal with, and use straightforward lanuage and steer clear of jargon. Having seen some of their advertisements on the tube network,it prompted me to invest.
i love that there is a simple way to invest locally. brilliant
Very simple and easy experience with clear and concise information prior to investing. Could do with an app to help track the investments.
I do a lot of crowdinvesting and Abundance has a really good concept. Sadly, my portfolio has performed terribly, compared to other platforms I invested in. A substantial part of my investments is in default and I lost about half of what I put in. That also has to do with insufficient diversification and bad luck on my part, but I don't think Abundance is doing as much as its peers in trying to actively recover assets.
I also lost a substantial part of my investment due to Pound Sterling's depreciation. That's not Abundance's fault, obviously, but is an additional risk factor for foreign investors.

Happy with Abundance. Easy platform to use, and when I needed assistance they were responsive. Would recommend.
It’s a simple straightforward process and I want to support sustainable initiatives by local councils.
Your support team were helpful when I called and the website is reasonably easy to navigate.
Great way to invest in positive projects that make a difference locally and globally
