Swan Lane Mills were at the forefront during the UK’s industrial revolution and the mills’ flamboyant terracotta embellishment were a reflection of the cotton industry’s prominence at the time.
We are to be proud to be based in such a historic location and to be able to continue the story that these mills had started.

Poor customer service
After using this company a few times, I’m really disappointed that on having a problem I do not feel like my issues was dealt with with the customer in mind.
I bought a large amount of towels and one box arrived with two packs discolored smelly and moldy, when I reported it with photos I expected them to send out replacements as when you order them , you need them, but that is not what they offered , they won’t send out replacements until I send them back , which obviously I will but being made to wait until they receive them, then they will send replacements seems very unfair and I’m really not happy

The customer contacted us in regards to the issues with the Towels, which we apologised for immediately.
The order was for a full box of Towels, so the box was not opened in our warehouse before dispatch. If it was opened and the faults were noticed, the Towels would not have been sent out.
The issues with the Towels must have occurred during production, transport or storage.
A free return was arranged straight away and replacements will be sent out.

The pillow cases I ordered are not good quality. The finishing is awful, those aren’t loose threads, they’re still attached. Major trimming with scissors job! Sorry, I’ll not be doing that again, life’s too short

Towels were delivered quite quickly and nicely packed. The price was fair, and the towels are nice just a little thiner than i expected. But overall i am happy with them. I would buy from them again in future 👍
