Bought the vac for 199 from Amazon. Great for dust you can see the difference but if you have bits of straw then it will soon start flashing at you. Blockage can be in the metal tubes which are hard to pull apart. I use a long garden cane to clear. Also gets stuck in the floor head. I asked to speak to one of their engineers to be told they don’t speak to customers. Could be a good pro duct but I have to sweep the floor first to get rid of any straw

I've had mine from an Amazon sale for a month, and I've never seen a shopvac this reliable or that performs this well. My shop floor was littered with large chips (3-5") as well as dust and the machine performed as advertised. I also tried water --no sweat. Admittedly I've only used it 4 times but smooth seas so far.

How can the reviews be so low star rated? People are fast to complain if course but slow to leave positives. Well. I brought one of your high speed drying fans and quite honestly, it's one of the best fans of any type I've ever bought. I know a fan is a fan but because of the two angle settings it's also been a fantastic way to keep cool in the hot weather without blasting me right in the face. I'm buying some more for other rooms. Great quality, well made and pretty quiet too. Matched with superb prices you really can't buy better

Purchased the Vacmaster VK609PFR and the small extractor broke after 2 uses of cleaning car seats. Tried to claim warranty, but they are giving the runaround. It's been over 3 months of back and forth emails without any result. The vacuum is also not that great. The remote works when it wants. Company and products not so good. I should have taken the bad reviews seriously.

They produce the Captura vacuum cleaner & what a waste of space it is! Unless used in the lift-off mode it is unbalanced to the point of being almost dangerous, falling over at the slightest thing! Good idea, bad in practice.

Worst customer service. After a month I was told my warranty item had not shipped and no idea when I will get a replacement. Vacuum broke after three uses.
