Improve "Company Calendar page"

I like the application a lot however what you could definitely improve is the view of team absence ("company calendar". The calendar above is not readable, it's hard to guess what days are actually shown. It's also useless in my opinion to show there previous and next year, only the current year should be displayed.

I really the personal calendar but the the calendar for the full company is very hard to understand and read. I can't see if it's weeks, months, years.

Bug raport

Well. There are few bugs that could be fixed.

Eg. by default there is always past year selected from the calendar that makes annoying to always change it. It should be default this year as user might make absences for coming days not for his past days.
