Well since support seems to reply to our needs when we leave negative reviews only , I’ll try this as a last attempt
After submitting a ticket Nov 15th with no reply I sent another on Nov 30th. (It says don’t send multiple tickets but what choice did I have with no response at all from 1st)
Got a response to my second ticket (#471085) and it was a auto response with guidance to look at FAQ section for my awnser. Problem is my issue was me never having received my $25 bonus for having been referred.
Their lack of support for something involving potentially large amounts of my money is scary.
If they can please give me my promised $25 I would consider giving them a second chance to see if their app features or of actual use (lending , cash back)

I have been an abra customer for well over a year now. I have seen their expansion from expanding the coins they offer, to creating the earn and loan programs. I am very interested in their earn program, so I submitted my prime application. For reasons not explained to me, my prime application was denied, and a message in my earn account states "please contact support". I have contacted support multiple times and not received a response. My first message was November 7th, 2021. Since then I have gotten only 2 messages, each stating "we will escalate this request". It is now December 17th and I haven't been responded to in over 10 days.
***My request number is 432013. I will happily change my review if someone from abra support could please offer me support.
***Update: within a couple days after this post an abra support reached out to me, and one day later my prime trust was approved! If only customer support would have handled this without me making a post I would have given abra 5 stars.

The main issue is that the customer service is not responding whilst this is the second time it has happened. Really not sure whether I should keep my account open with this company...
EDIT: After being contacted on this website, the person responded to an incorrect support number and never replied back. It has now been 19 days since the creation of the ticket regarding my issue.

It’s the worse, it’s a bloody scam, I lost all my funds in one go, and Abra said my account was hacked and they have no idea where my funds went and stopped responding to my emails when I asked more questions, they didn’t want to know. Absolutely disgraceful no security no customer service and a complete lack of security on funds. They can’t trace where my funds or give any explanation at all. Totally utterly shocked how I’ve been treated.

While I like the concept of the Abra wallet and their introducing a token to the platform, its customer service is woefully lacking to the extreme. As an example, It appears that the crypto offer when signing up and attending the LA Blockchain Summit (well worth attending BTW) won't be honored. Inquires made, while replied to, always lead to the same follow up question which I answer but are never responded to afterwards. While my experience is admittedly limited, first impressions are lasting, as they say.
Following up, one month later I finally received a reply.before I get to that, I'll summarize; I register for the LA Blockchain summit and open an Abra account via the link provided on October 14th. I received follow up emails reminding me to make a deposit to my account to be eligible for the bonus and to attend the summit. Today I was told that I'm not a new user so I am ineligible for the bonus. I know that startups get overwhelmed with requests, but this reply is particularly annoying to me. I followed all the steps and then I'm told I'm not eligible. What else are they capable of?
I appreciate Abra's reply. The statement that I opened the account too soon is nonsensical. As I have repeatedly stated, I opened the account via the link Abra provided on the LA Blockchain Summit's site and stated the bonus provided if I did so. What a run around. At least those who do decide to sign up at Abra know what they're in for.

Registered on November 9, verification document sent within minutes, accept in 15s .
Followed by a deposit of 3€ in XRP in order to respect the conditions of the promotion (Download the app via a QR code, register, make the verification and then a minimum deposit of 1$)
I was supposed to receive 20 USDT in the 72h that followed the deposit.
After 48h without any mail about the promo (but 4/5 mails promoting their "great" services) I contact the support who explains me that I have to wait 72h and that I would receive the 15 USDT, 15 USDT ? I answer that the promo was offering 20 USDT and the answer was that my ticket must be "escalated for further investigation".
Still 48h later, still no answer.
On the promo it also says that they have a "live support", my only option is via email. On the application nothing and on the website you can't connect. (there is a small window that looks like a live chat, but again it's an email with an automatic response "an answer will be provided within 24 hours")
Conclusion, for the moment I made a 3€ donation, my ID and I will surely not use this app as my main or even secondary wallet

Abra is the worst “investment/crypto” app I’ve ever had. I have Etrade, Robinhood, Coinbase and other banking apps and never experienced the problems I’ve been experiencing with Abra. The Abra app crashes whenever I try depositing money from my bank (which I’m thankful since it’s impossible to withdraw your own money). In May 2021 I transferred USDC from Coinbase to Abra to receive weekly interest. Due to the app being terrible my account shows a zero balance even though it shows the original deposit transaction and the weekly interest deposit transactions. I’ve sent multiple emails since June and I get the same reply that they’re working on it and escalating it to the engineering team. Abra, if you can’t figure out what’s wrong with the app then transfer my USDC back to Coinbase.

That is trash and so is Prime Trust. Just like everyone is saying on this website. It took forever for them to approve my application at Prime Trust. Once approved I was able to send money in no time. Now I want my money back and here are more problems. I have been emailing them for two weeks now. I keep receiving emails from Haesoo, Ava, Nicole, and Mia. They are all bots of course because they say the same thing. Sorry for the confusion.. We have escalated you problem. UPDATE they replied to my email with this from of course one of the bots still not answering my question or fixing the problem. Now my money has not been deposited to my bank because of a bug they say they have. I have never heard of a bug in the app when it comes to giving me MY money back. Again Robinhood and Fidelity dont have these problems when I want MY money back.

I understand this is not ideal and an absolute inconvenience. However, a bug or failure in-app requires investigation and is not an instant fix. However, as Prime Trust processes all banking transactions, we do need to wait for their team to resolve this issue.
You can always withdraw these funds via cryptocurrency in the meantime.
My apologies for the amount of time this may take Prime Trust to resolve and we'll be sure to reach back out once we have an update.

Another update. Prime Trust is trying to make me keep my money in their account and not let me take it out. I just received an email from Abra saying I’m trying to send an international wire with a domestic swift code. Chase bank only has one swift code it’s the same for domestic and international and my routing number is for California. They are making up lies to make me keep my money in their account and sent my money back into the Abra account. What they will do is keep making lies until you get tired of arguing with them and keep your money in the account.

Prime Trust reports you are trying to send an international wire with a domestic SWIFT code and we are unable to do that. As your wallet is a US wallet, and the wire is going to a US based bank account you will need to enter a domestic wire routing number and account number in order to withdraw to a US bank account.
Your recent withdrawal has been canceled for this reason.
Please enter the correct information in order to withdrawal to your bank account.
In the meantime, please let us know if you have any additional questions.
This is fraud! You should have my banking information in your system when I sent the wire transfer the first time. That is how legit companies do business.

No problems adding funds to my wallets within Abra. The real issue is withdrawing them. I've verified who I am with Abra themselves, which I guess is ok, no hitch there. Now I want to send my money to my bank, and thats where issue starts. Now you have to submit an application to Prime Trust, who will "hold" your funds. Keywords - "Hold" then send your funds to your bank. Needless to say its been 3 applications, 3 times sending my ID to them, and same message on app "Action needed: Additional documents required" I noticed on BBB website about Prime Trust, and just wow, all the people that were scammed out of money. There is no support on Prime Trust website, nor does Abra have any real help on the matter.

Support don't help me on my problems always saying the technical team will resolve it . Nothing happen until now its been a 6 months , i cant withdraw or exchange on my app they tell me to uninstall and install all my details and wifi or data i use,

Ever since I received a follow up from an unknown named person from Ava on 8/26. No updates or anything has been resolved with my account with this company. As this should be a simple fix, they tend to drag and ignore all issues that should already have been fixed a looooong time ago. Again, if you are looking for desired wallet. I would highly recommend staying away as they have no customer service support and don't resolve any issues in a timely basis. So far its been over one year since this issue still hasn't been resolved. Very terrible customer service!
