Something is fishy about abra. They promising reward when you refer someone. Yeah you will be paid for the very first time but after that they don't give any rewards even you are eligible for the rewards. I consider a signup bonus for depositing 15USD to be a scum.
First of all, Abra does NOT allow withdrawing amounts less than 0.0009BTC (which is 35 USD right now), and even for that you will pay a minimal fee of 0.003BTC (11.63USD).
As a special prize you will receive Abra’s CPRX coins which are …. NOT SELLABLE. They tell you you get CPRX for 40USD, but you can never sell them. And if you ask them why, they will never tell you.
In other words, this « promotion » consists of stealing by Abra not only their bonus but also your deposit.

I did not get a bonus for referring friends, even though they met all the conditions, they also did not receive it after talking to support, nothing changed, they wrote that they have a delay and the bonus will fall in 1-2 days and of course they did not withdraw the bonus. Even now, the cprx conversion option is blocked, which gives me an even lower rating. Paying cprx to the stock exchange is a failure, a very high fee that will take away the entire bonus you receive. I do not recommend support nir helps the bonus there is only people wasting time and money on it.

Abra is one of the worst and most ridiculous platforms that really rips you off. Abra has no fee or low fees, is just a big joke! I bought 100$ of BTC, then I saw 80$ on my account, no any alert or agreement for their fees. Then, I tried to transfer that amount, you may not believe that they demanded 16$ more! I am not sure what it is called but ripping people off! And, they still claim we don’t have any rates. For making you more confused, they collaborate with Simplex which does NOT even let you write a negative comment against them.
I believe that Joe Biden first should order that these masterful thieves get banned and proclaimed to be totally illegal before any other actions to regulate Cryptos!

Fulfilling the conditions they say does not mean you will receive the award. The fact that they tell you in the mail that they will fix the problem does not mean that you will receive the award. You will not receive the reward.
There is a process that depends entirely on their pleasure. They want you to invite your friend and bring them into the system, they don't give your reward and they continue to maintain the system in this way. If you leave the system, they do not lose anything, if you stay in the system, they gain.
I have reached out to them many times via mail and live support. Every time I heard from different people that I deserve to win the award and my problem will be solved as soon as possible. (But they just don't say anything specific for why I have to wait and how long, and this is the main problem)
Nothing changed. If my problem is not resolved, it is obvious that those who will enter the system later will not receive their rewards.
You don't have to give rewards. but it's just unethical to just campaign for the prize you won't give and have people submit their time and information.
The fact that you may stated that the process may be different under the rules you wrote does not eliminate the existence of the ethical problem people experience here, and even reveals possible security problems.
You don't have to give rewards, so why are you running such campaigns to bring members to the system? I think Abra's centers both in philippines and silicon walley needs to be reviewed by the states and international security organizations. Transparency must be ensured %100 in a year like 2022.
Mark zuckerberg also obeyed all laws and we all watched how responsible one had to be about privacy even though he didn't have people's credentials. The fact that Abra isn't clear about these topics and doesn't give reasons makes me worry as a user.
Saying "Sorry, will be available soon" is not enough for a service that cannot be provided for a long time. You cannot bypass such processes without giving any specific reason.

Abra had blocked my apps I had over $1200.00 in coins they've been writing me same e.mails over and over I asked how come I can not open the app. I will recommend to use coinbase or crypto.com they have their own coin, their own visas etc.

I have submit my primary and second ID, unfortunately, they did not accept it.. I was applying for a new ID will takes time so can seek approval.. I just found out out that they lock my account saying that there's a duplicate account after I credit lots of money in my account which can't withdraw. My father the same way, was about to sue them before they unlock my father account. They are good in the words terms and condition either temporary or permanent lock without justify the reason. If I wait them to response I think it must be permanent lock. They must be using this funds to earn money. Perhaps, lawsuit is the only way to unlock account.
557846 ticket responded to me with copy paste of previous response of customer support, is one of the useless response. I can prove my ownership, but they are not willing to nor NY info provided. It's the way of stealing or scam feature

I didn't want to make a review, but it looks like this is the only way to solve the problems out in a decent way.
If you think about opening an account, please be awared to choose another wallet, as this is completely unreliable.
I opened an account attracted by the welcome bonus, and as i met alle the requirements the bonus was regularly released.
After that, i received an offer for the black friday, in which i would have received 30 usd if:
-Watch Money Talks from 9am to 10am (PT) on 11/26
-Submit your wallet ID in the comments during that time
-Fund $1 into your Abra account
-Keep the funds in your wallet for 1 day
I did all the required steps, but of course i never received any bonus. I wrote several emails to the costumer service receiving always the same pretyped answer that they were meeting an unexpected workflow and they would have come back to me asap.
After more than one month i received an aswer, but the answer didn't match what i was asking for and was answering about a completely different issue (maybe thay mismatched users?). I correct them, and they answered that i was not in the list for receiving the bonus.
Fortunately, during the video streaming there was some guy claiming that the giveaway was a scam, so i took the chance to make a screenshot: i then answered why i was out of the list as i met all the conditions, and i attached the due proof of completion.
From there on, it was a continuous refrain of the same pre-typed asnwer "you're out of the list", "you're out of the list", "you're out of the list"!
Even though i am italian, i understand English good enough to understand statings at a glance, so it is completely unuseful to repeat the same things over and over again; am not that silly, i am asking WHY i am outside the list, as i can prove that i met all the requirements.
I conceived 3 possible explanations of this:
-they employ parrots
-they are kidding me
-they are scam
Whatever would be the correct response, i can resume:
-the costumer care sucks
-they are not reliable
For sure, i would never ever receive my USD 30 in CPRX, i hope btw to be able to withdraw all my money without loosing too much and close my wallet and never come back, as i son't want to give my bitcoins to an unrelaiabe operator.
