A wonderful experience, highly recommended

We attended on Saturday for a gin making experience in the morning and a tour in the afternoon. The team were incredible, the knowledge and the passion they have for the business is unbelievable, a special thanks to Elaine for her professionalism, information and making our day fun. The team really are the heart of Aber Falls. Watching the journey from 2017 until the present day shows a successful and thriving business - an incredible story in such a short space of time. The team are definitely a 5 star, the lab experience is a 5 star, the tour and whiskey/gin tasting is a 5 star.

Now the bad bit - I’m extremely confused as the cafe was closed, we were hoping to have lunch in between our gin making and the tour. It’s as though it had shut down. Lots of people were turning up to have lunch but that wasn’t being provided like previously. We’ve been a few times at different times of the year and the cafe has always been really busy with a wonderful atmosphere - that was missing, there was no spark. What on earth is going on Aber Falls, bring that part back to life! The local community and visitors to North Wales love the Aber Falls cafe!

Smooth

I`ve been a single malt lover for a long time, and I was introduced to Aber Falls by Carmel, the wife of an old school buddy of mine, and I have to say it`s one of the best tasting malts I`ve had, especially the Madeira cask malt.Beautiful.Very smooth.I would definitely recommend it!

Great afternoon at Aber Falls…

Great afternoon at Aber Falls Distillery. Start with tea and cake and then went on the guided tour with Dan. Really interesting and got to taste all of the products. Highly recommend, great place and great people.

Visited the bistro for Lunch.

Visited the bistro for Lunch.
Chilli soup and scampi chips.
Excellent service by the staff and the meal was well presented and tasty.
Even the dog was welcome with water and treats for him.
Fully recommend this centre. Also you can book a tour or tasting to make your own gin in the laboratory.
Plus a shop to purchase whiskey and gin.
