Their customer service team does not…
Their customer service team does not help at all. Then never reply to the emails. Their call-center agents do not give solutions at all. They cheat on their shipping speed. It takes more than two weeks for your order to be shipped. They mislead you to place orders for over $150 for free “expedited” shipping but the shipping time is three weeks. And their customer service simply say that’s what you get because “you don’t pay for shipping.”

Bad online customer service
The in person store is great, but not the online store. I made an order online and later tried to cancel it. In order to cancel an item online you have to reach out to customer service. I called 3 times and no one answered as well as emailing with no reply. The policy is that you can cancel before an item is shipped. I reached out while the order was still awaiting fulfillment and I still haven't gotten a reply. Now the order is on its way and I probably won't be able to refund it.

Item descriptions are misleading
Virtually all of their t-shirts are labeled as "100%" cotton, but in practice, several that I ordered were not. When I e-mailed them to attempt to get a refund, they refused to reply to my e-mail.
