I hired ABC Legal because I needed…
I hired ABC Legal because I needed assistance serving someone who had been avoiding service. After only one attempt, my case was marked as non-service despite the process server documenting that they believed they had encountered the correct individual. I requested a supervisor twice and was told my case had been escalated, but no one ever called me back. Instead of addressing my concerns, I simply received an affidavit of non-service. I found the lack of communication and customer service to be very unprofessional. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with how my case was handled.

Worst process server ever
Worst process server ever. Server did not go to the address. Claimed he could not enter community because of a "no trespassing" sign. Indicated he sat in his car in a nearby parking lot and blew his horn near the residence address to, presumably, get the attention of the person service was to be made upon. Hired another company and service was completed the next day via delivery to the address where the person was home the entire time ABC Legal's idiot process server was beeping his horn from a parking lot.

Given to wrong person
While my initial request for service went through properly, when my lawyer at Nigh Law group, she gave it to his wife and service was denied. I would like to request a credit back. She knew what the gentleman looked like. She was giving a picture and she still gave it to his wife. This delayed my court process for months. It was the same address, same person and she opted to give it to wife.

I do not believe any effort was put…
I do not believe any effort was put into service by your process server. The out of state address which we had on the Respondent ended up being a duplex. However, no effort was made to check either unit to verify which unit the Respondent resided in. Generally 3 attempts are made before service is returned as undeliverable; however, server failed to speak to either resident at the duplex and returned as undeliverable. This resulted in loss of time and resources and ended up being served at address we originally provided.
Generally, I an very happy with the service but this time I believe more could have been done.
