I previously used certified mail, but opposing party ignored it. The process server was able to serve opposing party, and the opposing party took our demands more seriously and addressed the dispute.

This company SUCKS!!!
This company SUCKS!!!! I hired them on June 16th. I got them all the paperwork they needed to serve my defendant within a day. Their website says they can serve the next week, total crap. My first court date was July 6th. I received notice from the that they finally got the paperwork to the process server on July 14th. I found out that the defendant in my case was in jail and asked if they could serve him there, they wanted me to pay an additional fee of $75 on top of the$86 I originally paid to hire them. Finally, said screw them and went to the county sheriff's office and paid $32 to have the defendant served while he is in jail. They served him in two hours. It's July 16th, one month after hiring this company and they still haven't made any attempts to serve. I would give this company a zero star if I could. Don't waste your time and money on this company. Oh, and their website is hard to navigate and I'm pretty sure noone works on the weekend.

Very terrible service
Very terrible service. I hired them for 6 services (3 subpoenas 010 and 3 copies of subpoenas 025 ) i was very impress with the servers who serve the subpoenas for business 010 same day requested the services same day served.
But the terrible was the server Caue Vasconcelos en San Jose Ca. He don’t know what a hell is doing. He also do not visit the properties he just took pictures of the street and write same notes as first and second time.
After the 3rd attemp service was changed to a Sustitute service. Well guess what, he ignored that, and he “ keep locking “ for the person instead sustitute service , 2 attemps and time on the trash and risking my case in court because the deadline to serve the other party.
After many calls ( 7) to abc they promised to change the server, because they can’t even comminucate with him after a week of my last call. Today was the last one. This server “ went “to the address of my babys daddy and said that the road was closed, total lie!! I called my friend who live just on front of his residence and she said that is not true. He just don’t want to do his job. He will risk your case at all. And abc don’t do anything about it. I had to ask the bank for a refund for this 3 services that i haven’t received. And hire an other process service.
Do not hire them for San Jose Ca Area.
